The new management team are awesome, got my vaccinations there, very nice owners and team, I wasn’t able to do it during weekdays, however, they have gone beyond expectations, as they had booked me a slot on Sunday where the Pharmacy is closed, so they opened especially for me. Such an organized, efficient, quick team, the whole process took them 5 mins. I strongly recommend dealing with this Pharmacy.

Was treated with great respect and given my medication quickly. The pharmacist in charged also took the time to answer my questions and explain things to me that the doctor didn’t. They treated me like family and I highly recommend them!

This place seems like it would be very nice if you were white. However, I have heard multiple complaints from people saying that they have experienced racism from an employee who currently works there. I am writing this review because I think that racist behavior and racism should not be tolerated and that this employee should be held accountable.

This is a very convenient place to pick up packaged snacks, beverages, and sundries after entering Canada from the USA. The employees are helpful and pleasant, and they will accept payment in US dollars (though you'll lose on the exchange rate) if you don't want to use your US debit or credit card and you forgot to exchange money. Prices are reasonable, and the selection is quite good for a fairly small store.

I'm writing this review to bring fourth a problem that have been around for years. a cashier at this establishment have at multiple occasions shown treats of racism and different treatment toward people based on ethnicity.

Earlier today my girlfriend was forced to wait out in the snow when she went to pick up a percription. that was only the start of the encounter as other white customers were allowed inside. after being forced to wait outside and treated condescendingly, he started trying to get her credit card info to pay for the medicine instead of listening to her about how she has a second insurance that would cover it. Not only was she barred from entering she was interrogated by the cashier about her reasons for wearing a face mask (in the middle of a pandemic). After waiting for 10 minutes she was allowed in and sorted it out with the pharmaceutical staff (which were very nice and kind) only to once again be harrased by this male cashier as she was leaving demanding if she paid. He also kept an intrusive presence while she was talking with the pharmacist even though that is personal information and a breach of privacy. This is also not the first time he gave an attitude to non white customers and there needs to be some sort of responsibility taken either by the cashier himself or by the establishment.
It makes sense for the establishment to take extra percautions in the middle of COVID-19, but we have seen this done in a manner far more respectful by many other stores, such as politely and professionally questioning someone if they had been outside of country or if they feel ill. In this instance, white customers did not get any of the scrutiny my girlfriend underwent, and considering this manæs track record, the current sitatution only emboldened his racism.

The pharmacy staff, Pharmacists, nurses, technicians, all are very friendly, professional, took my vaccinations there and it was a very pleasant experience. Nice and convenient stuff for fair price
