I had a terrible experience at Evans Prescription Pharmacy. They are always late with my prescriptions, and yesterday was the last straw. An older lady told me they still owe me medication, which was confirmed by my receipt. Yet, when I returned to collect it, they flat-out refused to give me the rest. Unprofessional and frustrating! I do not recommend this place at all.

Very unprofessional. Some of the staff does not know what’s going on and is very unfriendly. An older lady continued shaking her head at me when I was picking up multiple clients medications, like I was inconveniencing her.
They have meds on backorder and you could go a week before getting your medicine. They say the system is down sometimes so if you use the website to refill you may not get them refilled.
I would not let my family or friends get any medications from here.

Evans Pharmacy is conveniently located for me, the women are always so courteous and professional and answer any questions you may have. Good service and a friendly smile are harder and harder to find these days.

The help are totally incompetent they lie and try to hide their mistakes and when you try to talk to them about the problem they become out right combative and extremely rude. If you go over their heads to management, they will lie to the boss and try to turn the table on you to make you look like the bad guy. Because of my insurance and my situation I've been stuck with using Evans Pharmacy for several years now and the problem has gotten even worse. Call in a script and see for yourself if it's really ready in 10 minutes. Good Luck!

I go here for my prescriptions because I don't think my doctor uses anyone else. Most of the time they get everything right and all is okay, but every now and then I have had problems with them getting my prescriptions wrong. I suggest if you do use them to always check your prescriptions to make sure everything is correct.

If they would take the phone off the hook so I can call and see if my prescription is ready I'd really appreciate it. Been calling since 9:10am. Now it's 9:47am and the phone is still busy. 4real, this pharmacy sucks at every thing.

Great phone service but there is one small problem I ask for my medication to be delivered and they forgot to do so. Come on people.
