The best course in town by far. The staff is always very friendly, the course is gorgeous, and has so much to offer. Jessica at the Bahama Bar is such a delight and goes so above and beyond to make the experience great! Would highly recommend.

Azario puts University Park to shame, the staff over at University Park there treats people like absolute trash and the course there is average at best.

(10 HC) Played the Barstool Classic 2023 tournament here. The good: Very nice aqua range and practice putting areas. The overall course condition was great. The speed of the greens was fast but not ridiculous, rough was not thick but well maintained. It’s basically a new course and the membership isn’t established as they are still building out the homes around the entire course. Lots of water but it’s not always in play. Tons of native birds and a few gators out there. The bad: Course layout was mediocre at best not a lot of memorable shots or holes out there. No elevated tees, just continuation of the fairways with tee blocks laid down. The greens here (as others have said) are just ridiculous and not that much fun IMO. I like having the chance to roll in a few 10 footers and maybe a 20-30 footer in round, not happening here. No straight putts outside of 2-3 feet. Huge undulations and pin locations you can’t keep a ball near even with the perfect approach. Some people may like this but personally it wasn’t a place I will play again.

A gorgeous community with beautiful landscaping, fun filled amenities including golf. The homes built by Taylor Morrison has lovely elevations with perfect floor plans for every dynamic. My favorite is the Beacon.

If you like playing in a subdivision with constant construction, then this is the course for you. No nature, but lots of shallow lakes that you can't see on the horizon. Restrooms had no soap or paper towels. You can't take the cart to your car to get your clubs and cooler, you have to walk everything over to the cart pickup. Course is way over rated.

Being from Missouri most of our courses are all very undulating. It was nice to play a little flatter track. The fairways are very generous and the defense is the greens along with the swirling winds. Played on 6/25/2024 from the tips and shot 76, knowing the layout prior I’m sure I could have improved that score. The amenities were good, the staff was overall 4.5 stars. The starter was the most interactive, the pro shop didn’t give me much detail without asking. The cart guys (3 of them) were looking at their phones when I came out, POINTLESS TO HAVE THOSE GUYS BECAUSE THEY WERE USELESS. Two of these three gents were sitting in separate carts with their foot on the dash as to give the vibe of “Just chilling”. The cart girl was attentive on a hot day, making sure I did not need any ice or extra drinks to stay cool. The turn shack was stocked (good turkey sandwich), yet I did get lost trying to make the turn as I could tell some other players had the same issue. Overall this is one of the best NEW golf courses I’ve played in FL. For content I’ve played TPC Sawgrass, All the World Woods courses, TPC Tampa Bay and Golden Ocala all of which are true 5 stars. I believe once the home building is complete that this will be a hard track to get on to, so locals play it now before it’s unavailable. Good track and I’ll be back!!

Course was in great shape. This was the fifth time I have played the course. This time I rented clubs and even though I played well, the clubs were not as good as I expected. I had a sand wedge and 9 iron, no pitching wedge, but made it work. It took 5 hours to play which never happened before. The ranged came out to move people along but that didn’t help.Probably should have asked the slow players to skip a hole or let people play through. All in all I enjoyed the course and hope to return at some point.

Great course. Greens, fairways, tees, rough, and traps in excellent condition. Challenging greens go with wide fairways. Good practice areas with balls supplied. GPS on carts shows daily pin positions with yardage to pin. Still has home construction going on at places (they are never in play). I suspect that when all the houses are done it will go private. I hope to play it a few more times before then.

Awesome course! Water on almost every hole but it’s fair. Fairways are wide. Greens are firm, fast and undulating. Played well with rental clubs which was a surprise. Will definitely come back.
