Disgusted with this place. My mother was in ER and called multiply nurse station times walked down to nurse station were everyone was having a good old time. Talked to Charge nurse Julie which was nice but tried to make excuses for 40 mins of calling and no one came to the room. Explained if i was here and walked down to charge nurse how long would tooken to grt to the room. If it was an emergency would been dead.

I have no complaints. I dealt with at least 10 different staff members in my 6 hour visit to the ER. It's a time-consuming process but that's how an ER functions. I understand there's many patients and wait times are inevitable. Thank you to everyone for your kind and professional care. My husband and I were impressed.

Check In staff were rude and very condescending, I was explaining my situation and they dismissed all but one thing I was feeling seemed like they hated their job. The actual ER doctor and specialists on the other hand were helpful and seemed to care, although I felt like the treatment I received was unnecessary due to lack of concern from the previous staff.. not my first choice of ER but not my last either. Still I’d come back if I need minor ER treatment. Long waiting time due to crowdedness

I went into the E.R on 3/23/24. I was seen by Jammal,Mansour . I had a blood pressure of 177/120 my heart was racing I was shaking and I had a headache no chest pain. I was discharged having a panic attack and that was not the case. I continued to do hard core work outs only to get dizzy and felt tiered with brain fog I went back to my doctor and when the nurse took my blood pressure it was 155/100 she took it 3 times on different sides of my arms, only to find out I have high blood pressure. My primary care physician looked at my EKG and my blood work and asked if the E.R kept me overnight or gave me anything to bring down my blood pressure I said NO. They waited a few hours and discharged me at 125/85 blood pressure at resting. I now have a bill $5,000 and they really did not help me if anything I could have died if I continued my Crossfit work outs with that high blood pressure and if I did not go back to check it out, ALWAYS get a 2nd opinion if you feel your health is being dismissed. We monitored my blood pressure and it went from 177/120 to 160/100 to 140/88 now with medication I am at 100/88 .

The security personnel seem to have a better than thou attitude along with very foul mouths. I lost count on how many f-bombs were dropped in a pretty short period of time. Seemed like every other word that came out of the gentleman's mouth was a curse word. People are typically suffering a crisis and do not want to be listening to such potty mouths.

The worst customer experience we have witnessed. My mom was admitted over 4 hours and no one has answered. I called them back as I had a missed call stating they needed family information but when I called not only did they transfer me around to at least 6 different people. They had me on hold for over 10min to tell me they will need to call me back. Paula is who I spoke to and my sister who was onsite dealt with the security. They show zero empathy and lack of information.

I find it very difficult to get quality service and attention lately from the medical industry, in my area. Today gave me lots of hope meeting Hans, an emergency room nurse. He had excellent bedside manner, very compassionate and got all my questions answered by the doctor for me. Hans is what we need more of in this world. The young gentlemen who wheeled me to my ct scan and the young lady who assisted me with the ct scan were also very polite and compassionate as well. I wasn't able to get there names but I hope they find out about my review. It seemed very busy in the ER today and even though I got bad news, I left there knowing I was taken care of. It was great meeting Hans and staff.
