A good shopping plaza has a wide selection of stores and restaurants. Only issue is the left turn in is defective and never goes green. So you have to sit in at the left turn for 8-11 cycles before getting in.

Slowly fixing the awful parking lot and making improvements. Getting rid of the planters and a few things would go a long way. Some optimization could increase spaces.
Harbor Freight was a great pickup for the shopping center.

I've been in and out of this shopping center so much since my childhood. Some of the stores have changed over the years, but it's well maintained and clean. There are no holes in the parking lot & there's plenty of parking.

The receptionist was nice and professional. Wait time was over an hour long. Took my son for a regular check up. Therese the assistant was very nice too. After taking X-rays of my son’s teeth I was told that I have to pay $279 out of pocket for cleaning that his insurance doesn’t cover the cleaning costs that they intended. I asked if there’s any way I can get a discount, I was told that it’s already been discounted. While Therese was gone to check on discount possibilities, there came the Indian looking dentist who never introduced herself. She went on to tell me that it will take a lot of work to do the cleaning trying to convince me that they charged a fair price. I decided to think about it and call them back when I have the money. She didn’t like that and started being really unprofessional and rudely made a comment that insinuated I was fat. We were at the front desk at the time and both the receptionist and another staff froze at her comment, you could see that they were shocked at what she said. I smiled at her and said “I’m not pregnant I just look fat.”
I left and never went back. I scheduled an appointment with great expression dental. They were very nice and professional. Got the job done at no cost to me all covered by my son’s insurance. I feel great smile dental is a big fraud that would try to scam you. Watch out when especially you’re self employed. She kept on asking what I do for living as if that mattered to why I was there.

I can't stand turning into the main avenue that connects to apartments. You take a leap of faith turning left or pulling out of the area because the shrubbery and landscape of the median obstructs your view. You sort of have to count that some lead foot isn't barreling down the avenue before you turn or cross over. Other than that the area can get very congested at times.
