Hotel situé en bord de l'autoroute, les chambres sont plutôt isolées, un peu vieillottes et certaines sans réfrigérateur.||Présence d'un restaurant où le petit déjeuner est servi sous forme de buffet. Room was impressively clean upon check in. However, towels and wash cloths were removed but not replaced the next day. Only 1 cup provided for coffee. No complimentary water, but posted sign for free cookies. I asked for the vegan option but was given the none vegan version.

Having been in the corporate realm for over 35 years and traveled extensively throughout the United States and Canada I have experienced numerous hotel chains and resorts. I can honestly say that this is in my personal preference one of the top five and my number one for the Dallas Fort Worth area.
I can’t speak highly enough about the Doubletree Hilton in Richardson TX. The accommodations are amazing and you are provided with anything you need and may have forgot on your trip. Clean, well managed rooms and accommodations that is exemplary of the Hilton trademark. The food and bar is professionally run with great food and libations conveniently located within the hotel when your time is minimal due to a heavy workload. The staff is always very professional and greets you every time you enter and inquiries if your stay and accommodations are to your liking. The front desk staff, maintenance, bartenders and housekeeping staff is always greeting you and makes your first stay a remembrance to return on all your trips to the area. They have security that monitors the hotel and the grounds on foot and security cart throughout the night so you can enjoy knowing you are in a “class act” hotel and your property is well protected.
This is not just a hotel this is “your home away from home”!

The room I had was comfortable and clean. The receptionist was very helpful. However, my room had a locked connecting door to another room, and the sound isolation was not too good. Also, I had to unplug the fridge, which was not very silent either. Sometimes, the room service didn't come or didn't do their job properly, and I had to ask for cleaning, coffee supplies, and the like.

Not a bad place, easy highway access. Nice lobby and room was pretty roomy and nice. Definitely feels older and could be updated I think, but still gets the job done

The reason I’m leaving a 5 star review at this hotel is all because of Kaitlyn at the front desk. After accidentally booking myself for the wrong date, Kaitlyn went above and beyond by helping switch my dates.

Then, when the ice machines wasn’t working, I had to walk down to the lobby to ask for some ice at 10 PM. But Kaitlyn was so nice, she went all the way to the other side of the lobby to bring me some ice herself.

Her thoughtfulness and effort made my stay much better, and her professionalism is why I’ll definitely come back and recommend this hotel.

Stayed here June 21-24. Upon arriving they was training someone which was fine. But so much got screwed up in the mist of that. I provided my Hilton honors number so it could be added to my account. I was asked to come back for fresh cookies and water because they were out. My cousin also had 2 rooms, she checked into one and when she come back hours later to check into the other one, they couldn’t find the other reservation. Even though she had confirmation number for the reservation, they were adamant that it wasn’t one. Instead of saying it got canceled because we are sure that’s what happened with the trainee. The manager Sai then threatened to have her removed from the property if she didn’t “calm down”…. Whole time she was CALM!! Never raised her voice or anything. Thankfully they had rooms available so my uncles could get a room. Then I get home and look at my credit card statement and she an additional charge of $50. I know they put a hold for $50 when you checked in and then release it. Well the other $50 wasn’t released. I called the property and they says it’s a charge for stained towels and sheets WTF I then asked what stains Was advised to call back and speak with a manager. Talk to him and he says on the pictures it looks like makeup on the towels and something blue on the sheets. THIS IS RIDICULOUS!!! I pay you to stay at your property and you mean to tell me you going to charge me for sheets and towels that’s been used over and over again. YOU HAVE LOST YOUR MIND!!! He also says that it’s up to the property manager to decide to charge. I’ve never heard of such at any Hilton nor any other hotel and I travel ALL OVER THE WORLD!!! He also goes on this whole spill talking about how they use high quality sheets and towels GTFOH!!! Then after calling customer service they wasn’t any help….. HILTON YOU ARE LOST A CUSTOMER.
