I only use Costco pharmacy because it’s much cheaper, otherwise I would not go through the trouble of dealing with them. Horrible customer service and constant issues every time I deal with them.

I usually don’t like leaving reviews, but Costco’s pharmacy service was truly disappointing, lacking basic trust and respect for patients. Two days ago, I picked up an antibiotic prescription for my child. After administering 40 ml over two days, I noticed the remaining amount was only 40 ml, instead of the 60 ml needed for three more days. When I returned to Costco, the pharmacist questioned my accuracy in dosing and dismissed my concerns. As an embryologist with over 20 years in lab work, I am certain about precise dosing. I will never use Costco pharmacy again.

Costco's pharmacy in The Woodlands/242 is the absolute worst! Every time I get any of my prescriptions filled they're always out of something. They never let you know when, they have received it, until one day you remember that you didn't get it & just happen to call. My husband had a prescription for some cough syrup that was sent in February and just got it today and I just happen to call yesterday to inquire about it!! I love Costco's, but the pharmacy is just awful!

Closes everyday for lunch between 1:30pm and 2:30pm. Line is sometimes long. Closed on Sundays even though the store is open. Located at the back of the store. No drive-thru. Employees are always nice. It is, however, very inconvenient to get prescriptions here.

My family had a really bad experience at this Cosco yesterday afternoon. The employee at door was so rude to my husband and daughters. My husband and daughters were so excited to visit Cosco for the first time and were looking forward to getting a membership but after this sour experience we are reconsidering our plans. As my husband walked into the store and searched for the customer service desk, the lady shouted out to him “I need your card!” “sir I need your membership card!” my husband was confused as to why she was shouting this to him, and ignored everyone who was walking in and not being questioned, he tried explaining I do not have a card I am a new guest, rather than trying to help him, and oh I don’t know maybe guide him to customer service for someone else to help him out, she continues screaming in a very rude way “you can’t enter without a card!” She was so rude and unprofessional about her approach to him. My husband was so upset he went over to a manager and explained what happened. The manager’s response was “oh I apologize for her being a little too aggressive.” Little did my husband know this lady did the same to my teenage daughter who had stayed behind getting a cart. This lady made my daughter remain at the door because she didn’t have “a member’s card” to let her enter the store. She actually stayed recording this lady at the door letting people walk in and not asking them for their cards. So, yes we felt discriminated because the video clearly shows how this lady was only questioning some people. Horrible customer service!
