Had shoulder surgery 3 weeks ago, have been trying to get physical therapy (PT) here ever since, but I get the runaround on who does the PT referral and no one answers the phone! 3 weeks....never doe sit take 3 weeks to get a referral from my insurance...this place is CLUELESS about what to do with Blue Care Network. I'm moving on to somewhere else...

Update: Insurance referral was finally completed (by Corewell Health). Been in PT for several weeks now and very happy with the facilities and employees!

I had the BEST experience at this place. Nicole Berry was my physical therapist. She demonstrated what I was supposed to do and what areas the stretch and/or exercise would target. She stayed by me the entire time to make sure I did the tasks correctly. Nicole is very knowledgeable , personable, and professional. Every body at Beaumont Health & Wellness Center was very friendly & helpful. It was SO great to have this GREAT experience because I previously had HORRIBLE experiences at another physical therapy place. Today was my last day working with the physical therapist Nicole Berry but she gave me her contact information in case anything comes up in the future. I thought this was reallly SUPER awesome. I am SO glad I chose Beaumont Health & Wellness Center for my physical therapy!

Physical Therapy Regarding Melanie Regan, MPT
I recently had a Doctor's appointment in regards to my knee replacement surgery. They said I was doing very well. I knew this was because of my PT, and especially because of Melanie. She had given me excellent care. I felt she went above and beyond on each of my visits. She was very encouraging and very easy to work with. Thank you Melanie!

I have gotten a lot of mri's and this place is one of the best. They gave me headphones to listen to music. Kinda hard to hear it of course, but it made the time go by faster. They used Pandora.

Only thing was the lady told my father who drove me to wait in the back waiting room so he could watch TV. But he told me right before I was done the lady told him to go back up front because a woman needed to come back. Well it's a unisex changing area with a private changing room. My dad had my clothes so he said no he's not gonna leave my stuff.

Just kinda odd. I mean my dad is an old man, what the heck did she think he was gonna do. Kinda sexist I felt.

But other than this one lady not knowing what she wanted him to do, the place is great. It's like a freaking spa!

This was one of the nicest places, my husband and I went to. Staff was friendly, helpful and I can’t say enough about them. I would recommend anybody and everyone to go there. Thank you for taking such good care of my husband!

My experiences with Peggy for Water PT, Malonie, Jason for Land PT and Ron DeBusschere for OT were great. First of all, none of them treated me like an "old lady." And I've gone to PT places where I quit after just a few times as I didn't feel I was being helped. All four of the Beaumont therapists were patient with me and made helpful suggestions to advance my recovery from major back surgery back the beginning of Oct 2018. I would give all of them excellent marks in every aspect of my therapy. The only one I didn't care for was the substitute I had when Peggy was out of town.

I want to thank my Physical Therapist Nicola Berry, she gave me back my quality of life. I was in so much pain but Nicola was wonderful to work with me, she guided me, showed me, explained each procedure, did them so I would know how to do them correctly. Nicola was so very patient, easy to talk to, didn't rush me thru my therapy, should I need PT in the future, I would like to Nicola Berry to work with me again. Such a peaceful, calm environment to work in. Thank you Nicola, I am now able to do the stairs, & walk barefoot without the pain. Neelima kept my knee's strength, range and motion in place until I could move on to weight-bearing PT. She even went looking for me when I disappeared due to an infection. Once I returned, the staff was very helpful to find a time slot that worked with my goofy schedule. Jaime was always upbeat and a pleasure to be around at 7:15am . He prescribed a set of exercises that I will probably continue to do for a long time through your medbridge app. which is a must-have tool. Thanks again!
