Love it here! I try to go once a week. The cryo chamber is super cold and the saunas are super hot. The red light bed is comfortable and the compression boots are awesome. The shower and restrooms are always clean. Roman is very helpful and friendly. Go check it out for yourself

I love chillnout express, and all the staff, everyone is extremely friendly! I first came here on accident, and Roman got me in right away regardless. I was very skeptical about cryotherapy, and red light therapy but now am a firm believer in its benefits. I deal with chronic pain, and had pretty bad anxiety before starting. And after about two weeks of cryo everyday I really did find myself calmer, and sweating less and my body pain less severe, it also gives you a big boost of endorphins which is great! I find the red light therapy relaxing, and love how my skin looks after , it makes a huge difference. I really appreciate the flexibility with scheduling here , I have a pretty chaotic schedule, and unfortunately have to reschedule a lot, but it’s easy to do, and I love I still get to do the self care I need even when my schedule is nuts. I got the everyday membership and it’s such a great deal! And the treatments are short, so again it’s great to get some self care in even when your schedule is very jam packed. If you’re looking for a solution for stress, or body pain I highly suggest giving cryo a try, it’s helped me immensely! Chillnout express is a great place with helpful friendly staff, fair prices and treatments that help and soothe! Give it a try? Also they have a parking lot, which is so nice! Parking is way too hard in this city as is

This place is great!!! so easy to book, Roman is great! he is so helpful and will guide you through the whole experience. I was mostly interested in cryo sessions, but the membership pass its amazing and gives you the chance to try their other 3 options ( all of them great for recovery). I can't wait to experience the other session and be fully recovered after my half marathon!

I was looking to try out the cryo chamber to help work some pain I was dealing with in my back and knee. The chamber is super easy to use and the available blue tooth headphones make it easy to forget that you're freezing. There are two parts to the chamber, one get rid of moisture then the extra cold one where the magic happens. The main chamber takes a few seconds to get used to, due to the air being pumped in, it creates a wind-chill. The only difficulty that I had was finding the location. Chill n Out shares a space with other businesses, so it's not easily seen from the street. I went during the middle of the day, so street parking was ample.Thank you to Michelle for helping me out while I was there. I plan on going back to try some of the other services including the sauna and red light therapy.

Phenomenal!
I sought out cryo as I was desperate for pain relief in my joints. I was super nervous and my "orientation" & instruction session was very informative.
I have been addicted since and now have a monthly plan.
The health benefits are numerous. The staff is great. The venue is always clean & welcoming.
