Oh my gosh. Absolute terrible service. I just dropped off 3 boxes with shipping labels at the "authorized shipping agent" office inside of the castledowns pharmacy. I told the woman it was my first time dropping anything off with purolator. I had the boxes and labels, the woman didn't hesitate to rudely point out that I hadn't had them taped shut. She said "they were just a fast tracking shipping location" and reluctantly pulled out her tape gun and closed the package for me. She threw a shipping label at me to put on one box and I attempted to put it on the package. She took the package from me and said "you didn't even attach it" she then ripped it off and resecured it. I told her again "I'm sorry, I've never done this before." And she says to me in the most patronizing tone thick with sarcasm, "well now you'll be a pro". Good gosh I hope i never have to do that again, she was the rudest woman I've ever encountered supposedly working in the customer service industry. I 100% will go out of my way to never go to this location again. Woman was about 50 years old, shoulder length hair and glasses.

Out of town from the states. Our 1 yr old medicine exploded/leaked on the plane ride here from the pressure. They were wonderful help and quick and fast and super nice. Wish we had this kind of pharmacy in the states 🙂

Highly recommend. I have dealt with several pharmacies (including Safeway, Rexall) and was having problems with every renewal (not ready on time, didn't contact my doctor for expired renewals when they said they would, filling the wrong meds, unpleasant staff). I was so frustrated that I finally moved to ARP Castledowns and they have been nothing but wonderful. I have not had one problem since I moved and the staff are always kind and extremely helpful. They called me once when there was a problem to discuss alternatives. My mom was having the same problems at Shoppers (and because meds are now being filled in CALGARY). So she moved too and they made the transfer very easy for her.

Came to drop off a purolator package that had to be in TODAY. Arrived at the store at 8:55 and it was CLOSED & locked-up. I realize I was cutting it very close, but if you advertise that you’re open until 9:00, stay open until 9:00!!

Absolute garbage Pharmacy, my Mom is dealing with a myriad of health issues. Everytime she has called in to recieve her medication she is spoken to rudely and told off. My Mom has the gift for Gab and shes really not doing well. Having some patience for those whose health is poor I would think wouldn't be that difficult. Or simply saying your busy and can't talk atm. No sensibility or care for their patients/customers.
Horrible people who work here. I would stay away if you have a loved one who is dealing with more severe issues. These people have no patience or consideration.

Horrible customer service at the FedEx pickup desk. I’m in the process of moving currently and due to this I only have photo ID without an address. I brought in 3 pieces of ID and she still wanted to refuse to give me my package (which you only have 5 days to pick up and my new license with my address change is still in the mail and will take longer that that to arrive meaning my package would be returned to sender). She was nothing but rude even with proof of purchase and photo ID
