Probably the best chemist in the L8 area. They seem genuinely interested in helping customers. This is evident by the way they interact with clients. Their delivery service is great (polite driver), and Mr H is always smiling on the job.
Keep up the good work guys.

I accidentally stumbled on this place when they were one of only a few places in liverpool who had my medication in stock. I expected to wait a while whilst they dispensed the meds - I know the drill, and there is a whole process of picking and checking that goes on behind the scenes that many people don’t realise (and angry or impatient people treat pharmacy staff awfully sometimes) - but this place was remarkably quick, the staff smiled at me when they gave me my bag, and on the whole it was a lovely experience. 🙂

The pharmacy has terrible service. The staff are polite, but would not take any step to actually help the patient. They kept my prescription for 6 days, were not able to order the item and did not inform either my doctor or me about it. Kept telling me to come next day. Had my phone number, had the doctor's phone number and did not bother to call to pass any information. Quite terrible. After taking the prescription out of their hands, it took me one phone call (I stress: one phone call) to organise the prescribed item. The Manager of the pharmacy is very kind and when I complained to him, he understood my point and said that he will make sure that other patients are called in case medicines are not available. I will not be using that Chemist again. Avoid and seek more professional service if you wish not to loose time.

Family are new to this chemist but they have been excellent, So quick to organise and put together blister packs for delivery. Great service and always polite and helpful on the phone.
