Extremely helpful pharmacist and assistant who can converse well in English and Mandarin. A big thanks to them for helping to provide a quick assessment of my boy’s condition, and prescribing the appropriate medication to address the symptoms. It’s a helpline in view of difficulty in securing consultation with doctors in clinics.

A very professional doctor who explained the use of the medication in great detail. While traveling in Japan, I had an acute gout attack, and after using the medication recommended by this doctor, the pain was relieved within two hours. The doctor could communicate in English, which was very helpful. I am very grateful.

Amazing service , very good customer interaction , easy and not challenging.

I was on holiday in japan and began to have inflamed tonsils which became very sore but I was easily able to set up a digital doctors appointment with the two doctors who assisted me, And it was unbelievably easy and I was able to get antibiotics the very dame day.
