Love this place makes it so easy to get prescriptions. They have amazing customer service and instead of sitting on hold you can get a callback and not have to waste time! They are always super kind and fast. I’ve been working with them for years and they have always gotten my addresses and billing info correctly. Everyone I’ve dealt with is competent and reliable. I am really lucky to have them and always refer them to others for their prescriptions! Thank you Belmar!!

I sent a message in the portal, as well as an email, and got no response. I had time to call today and while the staff was nice, they essentially told me that while they had made an error (not double checking that the address was correct), they could not resend it. I only had one refill available and they wasted it on a package that I have no way of getting, so now I am without my medication unless my previous provider approves this refill. I am thankfully establishing care with new providers in my new city, and am looking forward to not having to deal with the ineptitude of this place again. I hope they see this and learn from their mistakes, but as of right now I cannot recommend them to anyone.

So many promises to deliver on time. So many reassurances after multiple check ins. It’s my first big order with them. They knew I was headed out of the country and needed the medication. It was promised to arrive with almost a week to spare and now it will not arrive on time because they kept missing the UPS pick up window. And now I will have to scramble to figure out what to do to find another source for compounded medication I take daily. Everyone was really nice and not one of them did what they said they would do. Not one.

Belmar proactively texts when my prescription should be running low. With a 1 digit reply, my refill is on the way. I’ve ordered from several compounding pharmacies and find Belmar to be the most responsive, fastest and most reasonably priced. I have not had an issue with them for the several years they have been my provider.

My address was incomplete and UPS didn’t return my script. Kendyl got my address fixed and had a new product made and sent out to me at no cost. She really went out of her way to get me my meds and she did it with so much kindness and compassion! It was such a pleasure working with her. This place is great because of Kendyl!

I called, after receiving text messages about my prescription - When I talked to the person on the phone, I told him SEVERAL times I’d be picking up my prescription on Saturday, b/c I was traveling for work during the week. He never said anything about not being able to pick up prescriptions on Saturday, when you use Google for directions, it tells you they’re open. Worst business hours for anyone who has a job, next time I’ll ask my Dr to send it somewhere else.

What an excellent service from Halee!! There was a delay in my daughter’s meds and Halee did her best to expedite and follow up the compounding of the meds. She def calmed my worries down! I called Wed morning and I got the meds the ff day, overnight shipping! My daughter can’t miss the meds! And thru Halee’s help, we got the meds on time before we go away on vacation, Friday.

INCREDIBLY slow processing time! You must call several times for anything to be moved forward and when you do call you will receive a very different timeline depending on who answers. I would not recommend!
