This pharmacy offers customers some seriously five-star customer service! I went there for a PCR test, and from the first phone call to communicating results, they went way above and beyond to help me at every point. They even wanted to double-check my eligibility for an Ontario-funded test when I went in expecting to pay individually. They genuinely care! Would recommend to anyone. Thank you Frank and team!

These folks at Bathurst Drug Mart head and shoulders above any other pharmacy, and that includes their drivers. They are knowledgeable and kind and so very patient! No matter what it takes,any one if the staff will take the time to break down the technical (medical) terms until you understand. They’ll get another staff member to help out when that happens, which is rarely.
