Firstly I'd like to give a compliment. My husband and I are new to the area. We took a cat into this vet to see if it was a stray or not. Before arriving, I initially spoke with a lovely Receptionist Jordan on the phone. She was knowledgeable, but importantly very kind and had an understanding nature. She put me at my ease and had a lovely telephone manner and a sweet, but professional voice. She was a good listener and didn't interrupt me at all and gave me some very good and sound advice. On arrival, Jordan came across friendly with a bright smile. The Nurse who checked the cat over was very nice. However, the reason for just giving 3 stars is how another member of staff made me feel. They weren't helpful, didn't listen and came across as if they didn't care, were rude, stern and unhelpful, that particular person definitely needs a refresher course in customer services and on how to be kind. I have now notified the practice manager/owner on [email protected] email as the branch specific ones seemingly doesn't go to the owner.

I've been with them for some years through the different clinics and they have always been very flexible and very helpful untill my best friend really started to need them the most. I started to treat him here. I must say that I am so happy for him to be treated there even though I ended up loosing him. Nicole and Liz always had the right answer even when it was the hardest one, so many calls and the staff always so helpful and kind, they made sure to go an extra mile. Bless them for showing that it is just not a job and they are really something to us, as I see that they start to be something to them as well. I have no words to express how much we are thankful that we had them by our side trough all and after the process. Thank you to all your amazing team. Bless you all❤️

I took my dog Jack here today, unfortunately he had heart failure so had to make the difficult and heartbreaking decision to let him go. The vet(sorry I don't remember his name) was amazing, very compassionate. He let us have all the time we wanted to say goodbye to Jack. The ladies on reception were amazing as well. Thank you all so much xx

Amazing vets. I’ve recently started my cats on SubQ fluids due to kidney disease. Elissa very kindly trained me to administer myself from home. She was very kind and patient with me and really took the time to explain it all.
Reception staff are also amazing everytime i phone up to reorder supplies.
Thanks so much guys! I can’t recommend them enough.

We were able to book a visit the same morning. The vet and staff were so professional and understanding. They dealt with a very difficult and upsetting situation with the upmost care. Highly recommend them. I know that our cat was looked after and cared for before he passed.

Very friendly staff. Swift appointment and animal dealt with beautifully. Had a cat stay overnight here before and it went smoothly. Apart from my cat keeping everyone else awake with his nighttime meowing!

Having moved to MH in the last week, we hadn't yet re-registered our two dogs with a new vets. Unfortunately one of our dogs tore a cruciate ligament. As a very worry owner, I called Ash Tree and explained my concerns. The receptionist was fabulous (I'm sorry I don't remember her name). She found me an appointment within the next 15 mins and contacted our previous vets for notes which arrived whilst we were there. Nigel the vet was so kind to my dog, quickly identified the issue and came up with a plan of action, providing me with a lot of reassurance. I simply cannot thank them enough!
