Went here to collect two lots of medication. Was told one prescription was not on the system, rather strange. I was told to phone 111 I went through that hassle. They sorted it to, I was told 111 it was already on the system but they issued for a second time. I went back in the following day before going away to collect the prescription they said was on the system which was for a different item and the item they said hadn't been on there. I waited a long time. I finally was off with what I thought was three products as I said you might as well now issue all three not the two as the other item I will need ongoing. They said ok confirmed I had all three items. Got away went to open the bag of my three items to my surprise they had not given me either of the items I had all the hassle going through 111 to get despite my GP already already also having done the prescription. I phoned up the number for the pharmacy the number does not connect. I managed to get through to the main shop they were helpful and got me to the pharmacy finally. I said I wanted to put a complaint in. Now item has been returned to source and have to try and find another pharmacy and see if they issue, not even sure that will work as it was one error after another from this pharmacy. They didn't seem to care about my complaint and were doing nothing I can only assume it's cause they get loads of complaints. Thankfully the item was not truly something critical. However, they could make someone seriously ill not issuing items if it was a critical item. I am not quite sure how it's possible to muck up this much. Wasted journeys, wasted time, wasted fuel and still no item.

Firstly, I’m not one to complain however I genuinely feel compelled to share my awful experience. My wife and I are on holiday in the area and my wife had run out of her medication. We contacted our GP who sent over a repeat prescription order for us to collect from Asda Pharmacy in Weymouth. I was ‘served’ by a lady with Frizzy curly black hair who genuinely had zero interest in helping me. I arrived at 16:25 and there were 2 customers in front of me. This lady said she wouldn’t be able to serve me as they were closing. I knew full well they closed at 16:30 for 30 mins however I asked her how long until they closed and she ignored me and walked off. When she did come back at 16:28 she asked whether I would be quick as she was closing soon. I explained I needed a prescription collecting for my wife. She took a look on the system and said that as it’s a repeat prescription she couldn’t do anything for 48hrs. She then proceeded to close up for their 30 mins break and I then saw her walking around Asda doing her shopping before what I can only assume she left for the day when I saw her walking across the car park.
After the 30 mins break I came back as I was sure the prescription should’ve been ready to collect. I was served by a lovely blonde lady who proceeded to check the system and check out the back and low and behold, my wife’s prescription order was ready and waiting and had been there all day.
I didn’t catch either lady’s names unfortunately however, the complete lack of care and courtesy shown by the dark haired lady not only made me feel inadequate but also could’ve led to my wife going without her medication for 2 days longer than necessary if I’d have just taken her word for it. Clearly she just wanted to get finished on time rather than actually help someone within the times that the kiosk was still open.

⚠️⚠️TERRIBLE TERRIBLE PHARMACY!! ⚠️⚠️
⚠️⚠️AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!!! ⚠️ ⚠️
⚠️⚠️You’ll regret ever even TRYING to get your prescription done here. ⚠️⚠️
The worst Ive ever been to and I’ve been to quite a few over the years. Ruined our holiday as they A - NEVER PICK UP THE PHONE & B - they don’t have medication that most pharmacies do in stock. I’m having to leave my medication here until I come back in two months and visit as it’s taken FOUR DAYS and counting just to get them ordered in. I’ve spent all week calling them and wasting my holiday time stressing out on medication that I need or else it becomes life threatening to me.
The blonde lady working - she was the nicest out of all the staff. That’s the only positive thing.
NEVER EVER AGAIN!!!!!!! Terrible!!!!!! ⚠️⚠️⚠️

Unfortunately had to use this pharmacy again the pharmacist , is rude does not have any bed side manner, looks annoyed that you are turning up. Should not be any where near patients who can be vulnerable. I waited 20 mins to be seen. The pharmacist then told me I had to tell him my medication. As 111, would not give him information, unfortunately, brain fog is a thing, surely this people are train to help. he then demanded to see prove. I told him found his manner rude, I explained 111 would have sent him all the details including medication. He denied this told me to Harry up and he was closing in 15 mins. When I found my NHS I called him to show him. He then now knew the medication told me he did not have it. because some one call out his rude and unprofessional manner. Out of order! All information is provided by 111 he is just too lazy to look it up, to uncaring to check. This so call pharmacist does not hold the standards of his profession, should not work with vulnerable people.
