My mother's memory care facility recommended All-Med...and I'm so glad they did. One of the purchases was a lift chair. Oh my goodness, it is gorgeous. It fits perfectly in the house and my mother just loves it. A special shout out to Cindy who helped me with the process of purchasing medical equipment. She even worked with a supplier who hand-sewed pads for mom to sit on while enjoying her chair and protecting it at the same time. I encourage anyone looking for medical equipment to go to All Med.

My power wheelchair is everything to me. All med serviced and repaired everything in 2 hours and had it back to me. I didn't miss any time out of bed due to their professionalism and compassion

I called and asked if they had a berg ice unit for after knee surgery and if they had it in stock with the knee pad to purchase. I was told that it was in shock and could come get it that day. I live in Veneta and it is about a 25minute dive to come in so I wanted to be sure they had it before coming in. Once I got there the person I talked to on the phone went in the back for quite some time to return and tell me that they only had the cooling unit and the knee pad attachment I needed would have to be ordered and would take up to 6 days. I asked him why he told me it was there for me to come pick up and know if have I had to order the knee pad attachment. He said he thought they had it in and just didn't check till I got there.I explained that I don't live close and that is why I called ahead and asked if they had everything I needed. He said sorry I should have checked and then told me that they would still rent me the cooling unit without a way to use it for the next 6 days. I said no thank you I will take my business elsewhere. I would give negative stars if it were an option. They were terrible at customer service and could care less to try and fix a problem they created.

I'm young and recently disabled so it's been hard for me to accept my need for medical equipment. I was very nervous to call and didn't even know what I really needed. Susanne was a tremendous help, doing all the leg work with contacting my Dr for the prescriptions and everything. She even took the time to describe the patterns on the canes to me over the phone bc I couldn't make it there for pick up. She really went above and beyond to help me and make me comfortable.

This company is not accomdating to individuals with disabilities my two boys with severe mobility issues and non verbal were prescribed a recliner lift chair this company has refused to submit a prior authorization to pacific source claiming it’s “illegal” pretty sure they are medial suppliers not attorneys. This is common for any company needing equipment prescriptions etc. i sat in the office listening to Brian being extremely rude to pacific source as she asked them to please submit it to help a disabled patient. Ultimately brian refused due to time which is 5 minutes and wanting business. Clearly this company is all about money. I simply need a denial letter to get the support my disabled children need. Take your business elsewhere

Very helpful and honest information when calling in to ask about replacing a walker part. I had a lot of challenges calling shops around town for this particular walker brand and Gina on the phone was helpful with looking up the information, suggested constructive and affordable solutions, and just overall genuine with the service and costs they are able to provide. Will for sure visit the shop for any future needs!

Called in search of quad cane tips. Omar found them and put them on hold. When I arrived the tips were waiting. The staff was pleasant and offered to put the tips on the cane. Great service all around! Will be back!
