I had a very disappointing experience with Al Jawad Pharmacie through Food Panda. I placed an order a week ago and prepaid for all the items. After the rider contacted me, the shop informed me that one item was unavailable. They assured me that I would be refunded for the missing item within a week. Despite their promise, I haven’t received any refund so far, and Food Panda shows that Al Jawad Pharmacie received the full payment for all items. This is highly unprofessional and misleading. I strongly advise against ordering from this pharmacy via Food Panda, especially if you’re using a prepaid card. The lack of accountability is concerning!

Fraud pharmacy, delivering empty boxes through food panda platform.
Illegal licence and no contact number.
Delivered 2 incomplete orders and never refunded. They never put total number of tablets in box. If you had same experience must report. I am informing local authorities.
