I have been using their services for 8 years. I have two children that see the doctors here and I never had any issues or concerns with the doctors or staff. The majority of the ladies who work here been with this practice the entire time that I’ve been coming here. They are personable and try to schedule my children’s appointments together. I will continue to use this practice.

We love Dr. Hillis! She is professional, thorough, attentive and makes you feel like you’re family. Both my daughters have been going here since they were born and the entire staff has been great —both the front desk receptionists and the nurses are wonderful! We always get a prompt response back when I call about a concern and Dr. Hillis gets right back to me or we are able to be seen same day if needed. We’ve only had great experiences and my girls love it here!

Well where do I start ,My Children have been going to PHA Pediatrics,Since the beginning,From 3550 market st ,I followed Dr Miriam Anolik to north 63 rd st and now to Bala cynwyd PA . Extraordinary pediatric doctor. These doctors this office has always took care of my children. Consistent care starting with my now 34-year-old to now my 14-year-old The office staff is wonderful sad to see some go. But I have five beautiful healthy children. That went to PHA pediatrics and they're healthy shots all up to date these doctors really truly care about the children.

I've been coming here for the last 5 years since my 1st child was a newborn but I will NEVER return again due to the lack of professionalism and ghetto ignorant attitude and behavior from the front desk receptionist. I was told her name is Davita, light skin with a strong face.

I had a 2 month appointment scheduled for my 2nd child, our daughter today which is 2/24, THURSDAY. typically the automated system calls my phone to remind me of the appointment so when I saw the missed call from the doctor's office # on Monday 2/21, I didn't think anything of it to call back. There was never any voicemail left.

2 parents are now allowed to the appointment due to covid, only 1. I go into the appointment today at 11:30am, and the receptionist with the strong face lets me know she tried to call me twice on monday to cancel the appointment because Dr. Anolik, because she'll be out for two weeks. There was never an attempt to email me, text or even attempt to call again after the monday attempt to call me. I went to my regularly scheduled appointment today only to be told by her that I had to be rescheduled to March 8th. No regard that I came all the way to this appointment alone, in inclement weather, and just to me told my appointment today was cancelled? Davita is horrible. She could have at least sent me a message in the patient portal, obviously if I wasn't made aware the Dr. Anolik wouldn't be there I am showing up to my scheduled appointment. I never had this issue with any of the other medical assistants that are there, they're usually very nice and helpful . But THIS woman in particular needs to find another line of work. I will be moving my kids to another pediatric office. The one parent policy (with NEWBORNS?) and the rudeness I experienced today was enough for me. I rather have my insurance be billed by a pediatric office that actually cares.

We love this practice! We have three children and have brought them to Dr. Anolik since our oldest was born almost 10 years ago. Always available for urgent visits or a call back directly from the doctor to answer any questions. I feel like she takes the time with each child and I never feel rushed. The staff has been the same since we started and low turnaround speaks volumes in a practice. I highly recommend this practice.

I cannot say enough great things about Dr. Anolik, Dr. Hillis, and the entire staff at PHA pediatrics. Resha and Davita always get my messages to the Dr's and I always receive calls back promptly. Both Dr. Anolik and Dr. Hillis return calls at any time of day or night to provide assistance and guidance. Dr. Anolik has been treating my children for years now. My kids have grown to trust and love everyone at PHA! Chanel and Tyesha are always so sweet when the kids need shots, and they make us feel so welcome and comfortable. I can't imagine going anywhere else. Thank you guys for always being the best! We just love you.

By far the worst front desk EVER! Called four times today twice from work twice from my cell and was put on hold for what felt like forever and they never got back on. I guess it wouldn't be so bad if I hadn't been in the office before waiting to see the doctor and watched them put a patient on hold and then continue to talk about the weight loss of the other women sitting there. I understand doctor offices are busy but let's not forget why...because of the patients. If you aren't nice to them you wouldn't have a job! That's who your patience see and have to deal with Not a good look!

Dr. Anolik has been my dr. Since 1995 when I was an infant I am now 22 shes been my sister's doctor all her life and She s 18 now and now she s my son's dr who is 1! She is amazing and the only dr. I trust never had any problems and she will be the Dr I choose for my future children as well. I love pha, the staff is wonderful and friendly and it's very clean place
