The management does not help, she only retaliates. The maintenance crew do no maintenance. Director says it’s not in the contract. I would have replaced them with new, hardworking people. I have been hurt and inconvenienced simply living here. If they never come into the actual building. I’ve been a manager. Check your building first and actually see any garbage or jobs not done. So the maintenance crew doesn’t do anything but use tape! Negotiate the ccontract. They have to complete their duties. Don’t sit at your table looking at a computer, get up and unannounced pop up at maintenance. If not, it’s not okay to live hear having my own rights violated. They lie to the tenants.

If you move in make sure not to be put on the first floor to many sewer problems a only the first floor and it will not be fixed I have had trying to be fixed for two years now and still nothing dealing with this at this very moment has happen to me move 10 times no exaggeration.

An inhabital place to live. There is mold 2nd hand smoke from drugs. The staff does absoluntely nothing to enforce the lease no smoking policy. Its very Sad the harmful affects 2nd hand smoke has on non smokers and the children who live here. The staff is poorly trained and told to lie about the drug conditions and heavy smoking. The tenants who do smoke should at the very least have caulk the cracks in their apt in consideration to non smokers including the children. 2nd hand smoke is more harmful and toxic. Education is a key factor here.

I live here and it’s not what it seems. Whether your low income or not. They don’t fix anything when you ask them too. They’ll fix other people apartments and they won’t come fix anything if you lived here longer. They don’t want you growing plants in your own yard. They barely have hot water it goes on n off. Sometimes the water is brown which is nasty. The heat will go off on & on(in the winter). I asked for counter tops because they were giving people new ones and they told me no I can’t get new ones. But once you fix it up yourself they complain & also when you move all the work you put in they will charge the next person a lot of money & that is also when they fix it up. They don’t know how to fix things because everything ends up broken all over again. Don’t bother investing your time in tryna move here because they don’t care about nobody.

If you have a decent income don’t bother applying to live there because they only want to rent to low income people for some reason. But if your low income then yea no problem you’ll get right in. They are discriminating on an income basis, and they should be reported for that because that’s illegal. Very low class people who work there.
