I have been a member of UNTIL for the past two years building my business as a personal trainer and I can not fault the facilities they provide with some of the best gym equipment and a great work space with lots of support from other members to help grow my client base. Above all, the managers Jonah, Nata and all of the front of all house staff makes UNTIL a welcoming place to be for myself and clients every time we visit. Thank you!

I have been using Until for the past two years. I do personal training with my clients and they are always satisfied with the equipment and the service they receive at the front desk when they check in.
On the other hand I am personally satisfied with the co-working space available for members. The community is fantastic and I always meet like minded people who work on their personal goals to deliver the best to their clients.

I had a dream of opening my own Aesthetics business - working full time in the NHS as an Advanced Clinical Practitioner I needed to find a clinic space that wasn’t going to break the bank with high rent prices. After some searching I found Until Soho - a flexible working space which allows me to provide aesthetic treatments to my clients around my NHS shifts. The CQC accredited clinic rooms are perfect for my needs and very spacious, with storage space for my treatment machines and technologies. The staff are brilliant, friendly and professional and go above and beyond to ensure my small business runs smoothly and my clients are taken care of. The team are so supportive, the facilities are world class, the coaching rooms are clean, comfortable and welcoming and the members are all incredibly kind and supportive. Serious injures after visit Mr James McCormack working on Flawless Physio. If you like to do sport, find another practitioner.
I had my first visit last 22 Nov 2023 on his previous centre to improve my running with custom insoles and I found this 5* reviews centre online, I had an appointment and all seems to be professional. The problem started when I received the first pair of insoles (delivered at home directly, no review with the practitioner first) and suddenly my back spine started to hurt heavily. I sent an email and he mentioned to stop using them and to re-arrange another meeting. He did not check/scan again and just was a consultation and he followed his 6th sense to find the "gap". After 20 days waiting again, Jan 2024, new insoles were delivered at home and I started to do the warm up. A new pain, never felt before, came on my bottom legs, on the deep nerve of soleus muscle and my tibia appeared on both legs and he mentioned it was common and I should keep warming up with few stretching guidelines. After 2 weeks of warm up with pain I decided to stop using them and he refunded the insole price 244,80£ (not consultation 110£) to me days after. 7 months after, the pain is still there. I stopped doing sport Jan, Feb and March and now I cannot run as before. I missed a marathon plan and entry. I visited 4 different physios and sports massage professionals and still the discomfort is there when I try to run. I spent +2K£ trying to fix what this supposed professional tried to improve and I'm still WIP after half a year. To be honest, do not go there. It's so sad some people could play with your body in that way without responsibility at all...
