Hôtel très Propre, les chambres sont spacieuses, l’équipement est neuf, la literie est confortable, le personnel est accueillant. Dommage que l’emplacement soit un peu loin du centre-ville. Mais en général je suis satisfait de mon séjour à l’hôtel.

Loved our experience at Hyatt! Clean and well-organized rooms, spacious enough for staying with a small kid, noise isolation, comfortable AC, nice view, and, most important - attentive and caring staff! There is even an internal playground for kids. The hotel has a great atmosphere thanks to all of it.

I recently visited Hyatt Place, and while most of the staff were professional and polite, I had an unpleasant encounter with a staff member named Roshni. Her rude and unprofessional behavior left us so frustrated that we decided to leave without finishing our meal.

Though the hotel’s services are generally good, such behavior from staff makes it difficult to recommend this place. I hope management takes this feedback seriously to ensure a better experience for future guests.

It is an average looking property with basics maintained. The staff however is fantastic. The restaurant offers a good buffet of choices supported by an extremely courteous and well trained team.
The hotel is surrounded by good retail stores making it a single building for quick shopping and food.
The atmosphere makes it good for an evening exploration and morning munch.

Our visit to Hyatt Place Hotel today was quite disappointing. While the service and most of the staff were good, we had a very bad experience with one staff member named Roshni. Due to her insensitive and rude behavior, we lost our appetite and left without eating.

The rest of the hotel services are good, but because of such staff, I wouldn’t recommend visiting this hotel again.

They build a high class luxurious looking hotel.

Their service os great with a very polite staff
Their breakfast was a little disappointing considering the options they had.
Would have loved it if there were more options.
Overall a nice hotel as were there for corporate connections baroda event.
