PhilRX is the worst prescription fill experience and worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. There was an issue filling my prescription that no one there noticed until I contacted them after days of no updates about the status of my order. Would they ever have caught the issue? I have no idea. Then their customer service proceeded to cancel my order without my authorization, creating more delays, and when I requested that the order please be expedited &/or be shipped expedited and that I would gladly pay for faster shipping I was told that this was a “minor inconvenience” and that there was no way to ship my order faster because it was already being sent with fast shipping. Fast shipping ended up being FedEx ground 6 day shipping. Thankfully my prescription wasn’t for a serious health concern, I would hate to imagine how they handle orders for life threatening issues. As it is I had to delay travel multiple times because the PhilRX customer service was never able or willing to give me a straight answer regarding my order.
I paid out of pocket for my prescription because I knew my insurance wouldn’t cover it. Even paying out of pocket, no need to get any authorization from insurance or any other hoops to jump through for PhilRX, it still took them 2 weeks to ship my order. If I had any other option I would have cancelled my order altogether.
As it stands now I will never use PhilRX again and I would STRONGLY advise others not to use them. Any companies that are working with PhilRX, please look for a better option, they do not care about their customers and their ineptitude reflects poorly on any company that works with them.

Said my insurance hadn’t approved the medication and charged me $90. I got a letter that my insurance did approve and there was no copay. They refuse to understand this is
Deceitful. They claim they have a five day policy.

If you provide insurance information, they still don't use it and claim that the insurance is denied even though they don't run the insurance to even check. Worst customer service ever.

Do not use this pharmacy... I recommend to all prescribers to not use this pharmacy for their patients.. They have terrible customer service and terrible business practices... I had a one-time prescription from my doctor and yet they continue to send me medication without my authorization and without a doctor's authorization. That MUST be against federal regulations! Then when I tried to return the medication or get some sort of a refund, they would not allow it... Even though there was no authorization from my doctor and no prescription... In fact on the one prescription that was filled it clearly states in big bold letters says, "NO REFILLS." Customers do not have a phone number where they are able to talk to a person .. The customer service is abominable... They are unscrupulous and I recommend for all doctors and patients to go to ANY other pharmacy.. I will be telling my doctor that they should discontinue using this pharmacy as it is negatively impacting their own business by being associated with Phil pharmacy. I wish I could give them zero stars or negative stars.

Worst Pharmacy!! I wish there was a way to give negative rating. When they got my prescription from my doctor, they sent me an email asking me to provide my insurance information. Also,I had to provide my credit card information as there was a copay for my medication. They saved my credit card information and sent me one more medication after a month and charged my credit card without my approval. Also, they didn’t mention anything about automatic refill while taking my credit card information. They did send a small message that my refill date is coming up like a week before which wasn’t clear, so I didn’t pay attention to it. They sent me medication which I don’t need and are not willing to refund my money as they don’t accept returns. I wouldn’t recommend this pharmacy.

Scammers. Charged me for a prescription subscription that I never agreed to just by creating an account with no agreement notice. No refund option. Charged full price. Had to contact service to cancel. Couldn't remove payment option from website so I had to cancel my credit card.

So simple to use, and shipments are automatic. Any time Ive had an issue, it was resolved immediately by a phone call. Working with them has been easy and a pleasure. HIgh recommend Phil

My experience with Phil has been great; generics have been changed promptly due to side effects from other generics, new drug orders and refills are filled promptly, and they talked to my doctors quickly and my questions are answered quickly. Everything comes to my house on time and is correct.
I tryed Phil because my pharmacy down the street claimed they never could never talk to physicians and my blood thinner went 10 days without being refilled, i had xtra but they didnt know nor care, nor could they get the right generics and if they did it took days to a week to order them and never had blood thinner had to order which took days.
