DO NOT GO!! I sat for an hour waiting for an X-Ray listening to ghetto front desk clerks talk about drama, when I went to front desk they stated they were finishing up getting my visit confirmed with my insurance. I canceled, took my order and decided to go elsewhere. So unprofessional, disorganized, and ghetto!!!!

Don’t go for bloodwork, we are still here… more than 1 hour and counting for 3min blood draw. Specifically asked to go here for our Northside Physician.

This facility is in dire need of management. I made an appointment for an ultrasound procedure and was promised I would be contacted about insurance and copay. That never happened. I sent numerous emails and left voice messages. Still no contact. I finally got through to a human today but was transferred twice. Then after 45 minutes, I was disconnected. My appointment is less than an hour away. I will attend to avoid a no-show fee but I will not consent until I have been informed of my financial liability. This office is not patient centered.

I cannot believe how unprofessional the doctors are when it comes to timeliness. The administration is nice and prompt, but the doctors dont seem to care about the patients time. Our appointment with Dr. Samuel Mickelson, MD was at 11:15am. Here it is going on 12:40 and we have yet to see this doctor.
The nurse actually came in and seeing the frustration on our faces explain that Dr. Mickelson is very thorough and has a tendency to run behind on his appointments. Well, if the nurses know that then so does the administrative staff. The logical solution is to schedule your patients appropriately to ease this frustration that the patients face and accommodate the doctors work patterns.

Now, once we saw Dr. Mickelson we thought he was nice, polite, and very professional. They just really need to improve this time. It's simply ridiculous and unacceptable. Be professional and please be respectful by being on time.

If I could give this place one star I would. They have the most inefficient process to check people in, aren’t transparent about wait times, and are so incredibly rude both behind the desk and in the registration desk. I waited 1 hour and 20 minutes just to be asked to pay for the X ray. And they were extremely rude when I voiced my concern.
