Considering the number of patients that are seen at this location, including myself, I was amazed by the professionalism that everyone on staff demonstrated. My experience was well worth it. Dr. Ingrid was so caring that I wish she was my primary doctor. Keep up the excellent work!

We had appointment with another NP today who refused first to talk directly to patient second, fill one if her presentation. Clinic kindly set up appointment with Stacy who was very confident and competent, she reviewed blood work result carefully with patient and suggested appropriate follow up plan. Last but not least she provided refill for all of her medications. Thank you family together and Stacy

Awesome place staff very polite and friendly. Dr K is amazing. Very thorough and explains things to you. Never feel rushed or like they are in a hurry to finish. Also Marina ? Who gives the vaccine shoots. Smooth as silk, did not even feel the shoot.

I do not recommend this place, I regret coming to this dentist, the dentist treated me for a cavity in my tooth and knowing that he could not treat the tooth and chipped the tooth. then he sent me to another specialist to do a root-canal, because he could no longer do anything, do nothing but damaged my tooth and while waiting for the appointment it broke and I lost it. I do not recommend this place. they take out insurance money.If this stupid dentist couldn't do anything, why did he chip the tooth a lot, from the beginning. I already left that kind of clinic, changed my insurance to another medical institution.

I was seen at as a new patient. Sylvia Gomez at the Virtual Department made me feel very comfortable. She took her time and I didn't feel rushed. I'm glad I found this place.

Mindy Phan is the best primary that I've ever had the pleasure of meeting although ftoc hasn't had the best customer service in other locations I give this a 5 solely because of Mindy Phan and the care she puts into everything she does

I walked in to request assistance with enrolling to an insurance and I was helped right away by a very kind lady her name is Diana she was very helpful.
She then walked me to the medical building to request an appt and they were able to get me in the same day. The front desk is very friendly and the provider was exceptional her name is Rossy I forgot her last name

Mindy Phan is any patients dream come true. She truly cares and she gets excited that you care about taking care of yourself, then she’s just inspirational. I changed care providers because I felt neglected and I can’t be happier that I did, best doctor ever! I was pretty upset about the long wait times until they added the second floor clinics, now I seem to be the one running late.
