This hospital’s ER is a great place to get seen and it usually isn’t busy, however I don’t know what the issue was when I went to receive help. I checked into the ER around 10pm and was seen around 15 minutes later by a female doctor. (4-5 hours later) - At 3AM I explain that I wanted to step out to get some fresh air. ( it was exceptionally warm in the ER), I was told that I could not step out and if I stepped out that I would be charged again by a Doctor Elfar ….. because it was his choice. Meaning it was up to him if I could step out of the ER to get some air and comeback without having to go through the intake process again. Meanwhile, I was not told that my ER Doctor was changed, I was not notified of any results, essentially I received nothing not even a courtesy update.
When I am seeking medical assistance from the ER and I’m sitting in the waiting room for over 5 hours, some information is better than no information. Stepping outside for a min won’t change anything, especially if I am just coming back to wait for another 3-4 hours. (FYI- ER had less than 10 people)

The shots for the pain on my whole right leg didn't help. I still had pains. I even took 3 Tylenols and nothing. I habe to walk off the pain fir a temporary ease. I tried to lay on the bed at home and still the pain is there.

Came in with food poisoning and Hazel was my nurse and she was beyond amazing. The sweetest soul and you can just tell she cares about her patients she goes above and beyond. Super helpful being that I was alone. I also wanna point out my doctor Tarima. She got to the source of the problem fixed it and double checked. Amazing! Thank you again and very much appreciated.

Brought my son to the hospital here because he had severe vomiting, and high fever for a consecutive amount of hours. We were in this hospital for 4 hours and a doctor still didn’t come to check on my son. Someone came in after my son and was seen by a doctor before my
Kid and that person had similar symptoms
As my child. They are disgusting in this hospital.

I want to say that every time I go here, they truly have attended me very well. I had come with my kids as well, and they have checked and made sure to call for results. I have been there like 5 times, and good experience so far.

I had to ask a nurse to put on a pair of gloves when giving me my oral medication she also drew my blood without gloves and washing her hands on another visit they double billed my heath insurance now I fighting a bill

I grew up by this hospital but never had to come in for myself. I came in for my son today and the staff is wonderful. My experience was wonderful. I didn’t know how long I would be here because the ER is unpredictable, since anything can happen to anyone, at any time. I am grateful that I was here for about two to three hours. They were caring and made sure to communicate. I would recommend it. I pray others have an easy and wonder experience, as well.
