Every team member, from the receptionists to the therapists, was warm and approachable, creating a positive atmosphere that made my sessions enjoyable. I came here after I had surgery, and I'm currently 3 months post op and almost at 100% thanks to them!! I have nothing negative to say about this facility, from the employees at the front desk to the massage therapists and the physical therapists... everyone from day one was always friendly and helpful. I won't lie, in the beginning I was very discouraged and sometimes down but the staff always brought my spirits up, they were always positive and they listen to their patients. I appreciate them ? You won't regret coming here. (Sidebar: they also do acupuncture in the back!)

Excellent care from everyone. I had some pain in my elbow and my pain is gone. Arthur the owner is amazing, provided me with all the information that I needed to know about my injury. He's caring and has a way to make everyone feel welcomed despite the pain. Jonathan is very informative as well as the deep tissue massages he provides are very helpful to relieve the pain and discomfort due to injury. Plus, he's very friendly and treats everyone with respect and care.

The receptionists are very prompt with providing appointments and insurance coverage. My first appointment was a last minute appointment and they got me on the schedule right away. Also, they're open on Sundays which can be helpful for those of us with a tight work schedule.

The facility is clean and very well kept.

the facility is clean the receptionist are on top of everything and they are very nice and welcoming every time I come. I recommend Dr D and Rowgie when you come you won’t be disappointed. They’re always on target and know how to move and run the clinic efficiently. You’re never left unattended and they always take care of you and you will never be left alone. I have never seen that other physical therapy clinics. 5/5 hands down

Fine, but.…
Three and a half stars, actually. I would love to have given them five. The people at the front desk couldn’t be more helpful and friendly. The therapists ditto; they really know their stuff and are willing to take advice from each other—IF they have time to help you. And that’s the problem. As a client, it’s frequently hard to get the personal attention you need. The management books way too many appointments. As someone who’s previously had extensive physical training and also undergone a good amount of physical/occupational therapy, I found there was often no one available if I had specific questions or wanted to have some input into my exercise regimen. They’re just too busy, and clearly aren’t used to handling clients who are capable of making decisions about their treatment. The facility itself is also kind of cramped. If you really want to maximize your time in PT, I’d recommend Exchange Physical Therapy at Port Imperial. I only stopped going there because I changed my insurance to one they didn’t take.

This facility has a great atmosphere, professional team, and very friendly environment! I came with acute pain in my limb and started to feel improvement and relief after the first treatment. Arthur, Diana, Riki, and Bill are truly amazing and know what they're doing. They gave me some pressious advice and ideas for excercises that I diligently followed. Now, after 3 months attending Total Care Physical Theraphy, I feel a great relief on constant basis... MY PAIN HAD ALMOST GONE!!! I extend my deepest appreciation and gratitude to Total Care Physical Theraphy and the wonderful team and highly recommend their services to all who live in pain... THANK YOU!
