I had booked this stay for my parents. They had a wonderful experience of their hospitality, warmth and care. Right from all the wellness facilities to food, everything was on point. They procured the medicines that my father needed as well. They really enjoyed the peace and serenity along with their spa treatment. Thank you for making my parents' stay comfortable and taking good care of them.

I felt its overpriced for they provide. They even charged me for a small cheap quality anniversary cake which I requested.|This is when I had paid 35k for 2 nights|Really? |Food is average and things to do are very limited.|Rooms are super spacious thats the only thing which we liked.|Spa is average.|Pool very small|Overall a dull experience

A bit hard to find. The resort is gorgeous but you are kind of left on your own after you check in. Stayed for one night but got no interaction with any of the staff. Could work on a better customer experience.

The best resort I have visited . The food was great it was like home cooked and fresh and the quality of was great.Service and hospitality was excellent. Ambience was great . The place is so quiet . It’s a wonderful place to rejuvenate yourself , the property is well maintained and with great amenities . We have a great and memorable stay .

I had a disappointing experience at viveda wellness centre . The lack of communication and poor service made it difficult for me and my parents to enjoy our visit. Additionally, the absence of lights and signs outside made navigating the area at night unsafe. Despite bringing these issues to the attention of the management, no action was taken, and we received false promises during our phone call. Overall, I was deeply disappointed with the experience and hope that improvements will be made to ensure a better experience for future customers."

Had a wonderful time at the Viveda Wellness Resort . The hospitality was beyond expectation. Right from the top well Gracious Gm Vaishali to the staff everyone was very courteous. Would like to acknowledge service of Rohit from the dining area n the other crew members.kudos to and Ashish yoga sir instructor for conducting the sessions so well
