I got Amazing Hair cut . Friendly staff and they give very good suggestions on skin and Hair care. I took Dandruff Treatment and Hair cut. Felt very much relaxed and my hair looks great now

IMPORTANT EDIT: The Salon offered me money to take down my review. When I did not accept they wrote a misleading reply below. From the way the reply is written, one can understand how unprofessional they are.

Review: Extremely bad experience.
I don't know who washed my hair but, it was a man and through his washing technique (which included rubbing the length of my hair and not washing my scalp) I understood something was fishy. I don't believe he is even a staff designated for hair and skin at the place. Currently the place has only one beautian and, maybe because they were short on staff, they thought a non trained person could wash the hair. No big deal

BUT HAIR WASH IS A BIG DEAL! You don't wash it properly and rub it like clothes then your hair is ruined which happened to me.

This is not all.
Following the hair wash, he got a blowdry machine and tried to dry my hair. WHO DOES THAT? ISN'T HAIR SUPPOSED TO BE CUT WET?

Anyway, he did not get far as the trained beautician said something and he did not proceed to dry my hair. Then the beautician asked me to sit in another room with my hair semi wet. I thought she will cut my hair but, then I saw her attending to another customer. Mind you, this customer came after me. She did full threading and upper lips for the lady while I waited with wet hair. I could catch a cold due to that. I waited around 20 minutes before deciding that I don't trust the parlour and their staff.

I paid for what service I opted and left.
It was horrible.

Extremely unprofessional.
Do not go.

Unfortunately me and my aunt had terrible experience. I asked for my lowlights to be darker using a toner. I even showed her a picture and repeatedly said not black and guess what?! She coloured it black. Now my hair looks black all over, I was very displeased with the results.
My aunt had pedicure but they didn't trim her nails, clean underneath, massage or anything a pedicure constitutes.
Since neither of us were the confronting kind, I thought I'd just not return.
They are however very good with threading your eyebrows, that was the reason for me to return to get my hair fixed but anyways, lesson learnt.

I would not recommend them for hair or spa treatment, only threading eyebrows.
