For anyone who would like to have a terrific ‘golf items purchase’ experience I would highly recommend this store the PGA Golf Superstore in Katy.
Todd’s customer focus was terrific with helping me address my driver shaft change needs. He was extremely patient and kind in spite of being very busy.
Robert the store manager (who was also super busy) was absolutely fantastic to deal with - Robert needs a Cape that says ‘Super Leader’ ?. He was helpful and courteous beyond any words that could do justice. I wish this store does really well and my golf needs will now be met ONLY at this store.

Went it and hit some new drivers. The guy I was working with found the right driver with the right shaft. Once I said this is the one I want, he said he would have to order and it would take two weeks. Didn’t have the same Cobra driver with the same shaft in stock. I asked to buy the demo and was told no. He should have told me that up front instead of telling me after the fact. He was a bit rude.

Went over to look at golf shoes and not a single PGA Superstore worker around. Nobody to answer questions with shoes size are help. I was in the shoe section at least an hour. Hard to try on a shoe and really know what the shoe feels like when you can’t tie them correctly with the theft device in the shoe string hole.

Finally find a pair of shoes and the cashier was rude and seemed like she didn’t like her job. Barely said hello and wasn’t pleasant at all. Won’t be back!

We have been going to the Superstore for about the past year. My son and I are PCP members, we use the practice bays, try out clubs and get clubs re-gripped. I've been especially impressed by the knowledge of the staff behind the golf clubs service desk. I've also found Julie to be a delightful manager and all the staff are low to no pressure on the sales. They are truly there to help. I've also noticed that there is VERY little turnover except at the front desk. That says a lot about how they enjoy working there. Very impressed and I'm glad they are here to stay.

I went into the Katy Texas location to have New Ferrules placed my irons. The store manager handled my needs but was very short and seemed agitated. He proceeded to charge me more then I was quoted on the phone and when I said something, he snapped at me and asked who I spoke with, which I had no idea..This is the Second time I have had an issue with the same manager and the way the manager talks to me.. but none the less I left my clubs for the work. My irons were new when I dropped them off. When I went in to pick up the job was very sloppy and incomplete. They all had glue all over the club heads and the shafts extremely poor quality work for a PGA Super Store.. ? I was very disappointed in the condition of my new clubs. Thank goodness for the Asian fella that works behind the counter he came over looked them and said this doesn’t look good.. as I responded it sure doesn’t.. He then took all my clubs and spent the next 45-min cleaning them up and taking care of me.. I don’t know his name but he deserves a ton of credit for possibly saving a customer.. not sure what is going on at that location but the folks working there do not seem to happy.

Finally, a golf & tennis store with everything under 1 roof. Hitting facility and analysis for golfers, and putting area. Tennis shoes, racquets, pickelball, gear and more! Men's, Women's & juniors apparel. Golf bags, shoes, tees, grips, hats balls, fantastic selection and customer service. Extremely knowledgeable staff.

Their selection is wonderfully. They have a large putting green and a huge sort of putters to try out. There are three demo bays to hit whatever clubs you would like to try out. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We came in near closing time and they still took great care of us. Ended up getting s club re-gripped and they did it on the spot. They do offer a 10% military/veteran discount.

Could spend hours here. All the brands with a variety of selections for golf gear and equipment. Rummage around for sale items and there are simulators for you to try the latest technology of equipment too. Staff are all friendly and knowledgeable.
