I went in to transfer my account to them because they were closer to home and when it was done I inquired about their Libre 2 sensors, only to discover that they were charging $130 per sensor. A full $30 higher than Shopper's Drugs Mart which is very surprising given the controversy around LobLaw's pricing these days. I knew then I had made a mistake.

A few days later I made the attempt to transfer my account back and MedVite somehow three times harder, by ignoring SDM's request and calling me on multiple numbers without leaving a voicemail.

It's a real shame and I can already see the "thanks for the feedback, we'll try and do better reply" but apparently the owner is also a manager at a Shoppers, which is odd, and also means they should know better.

After a very long wait and not much assistance I wasn’t even given the right dose of prescription and tried to call multiple times and no one answered.

*** in response to the pharmacies response. I spoke to my doctor and they let me know it was the wrong prescription - as I was not given the updated prescription that was sent over a week prior. I also called the pharmacy 23 times and left 2 messages and they didn’t get back to me for 2 days. When I was in the pharmacy picking up my prescription they were on the phone multiple times.

The pharmacists are warm and kind and very professional. I am so impressed with their free delivery service. Very happy to have found this fantastic pharmacy.
Update: Sankat and his lovely team of pharmacists continue to wow me with their kindness and fantastic service. I have an extensive health history which requires attention to detail and sometimes, extra work to find out information to my questions and issues. All of this is done with patience and great care. I am truly thankful for being treated like I'm part of a big family.
