I go back-and-forth from Boston, and when I'm down here, I use this pharmacy and I have gotten nothing. What top of the line service for the last couple of years?I wish every pharmacy was as competent as this one. I would highly recommend it to anybody

They never wanna do any work we’ve got our Medicaid number we used it at the doctor we know it works but bc they don’t wanna do the extra work to bill Medicaid and they tell us our number doesn’t work make us pay out of pocket this has happened four times now would not recommend on top of that even with having a nice calm voice they are always rude and always have an attitude my guess is they act this way bc I am young and they think I don’t know what I’m talking about ik how the insurance world works bc my step mom who died was the one that owned brooks behavioral I have billed insurances myself many times

North Fla Pharmacy of Ft White has been very helpful to me in caring for my 91 year old mother. Without their help I would not have been capable of getting a very expensive medicine at an affordable price. They have often Faxed needed information to the Association that assists with the costs. I feel confident that all my mother’s medicines are correct and reviewed carefully. They are also very knowledgeable about insurance plans that fit the customer’s needs best. I don’t live near Ft White, but I highly recommend this pharmacy and have gone in many times always being helped by competent, friendly, helpful staff. Absolutely the best pharmacy I have ever used. Ft White is fortunate to have Kyle Lichlyter and his crew to serve this community.

very rude and always a problem things like only half the medication being ready when they tell me my medication is ready also i always have to pay out of pocket don't take medicaid !!!

Revised Review: A Lesson in Patience

I previously experienced frustration about an insurance issue at North Florida Pharmacy. However, I must correct my initial impression. The team, particularly the owner Kyle, has been patient, understanding, and genuinely tried to assist me. Although the issue persists due to circumstances beyond their control, I appreciate their efforts and willingness to help. I regret any frustration I may have directed towards them.

I love this pharmacy! The staff is always friendly and eager to assist you. I was having issues finding a pharmacy that could fill my scripts every month. I've been going there over 4 years and haven't had an issue with them having all my meds filled. Even if mail order is cheaper, I prefer to have a pharmacist who is always available to discuss any issues I might have and know they will bend over backwards to help you. They are top notch.

I stopped by North Florida Pharmacy in Fort White today to purchase a replacement nebulizer mask and tubing for my son’s nebulizer. I was rudely informed by the lady behind the counter that I had to have a prescription for this. Puzzled, I said “really- for just the mask and tubing?” With her attitude she again said I would need a prescription and refused to sell me a replacement mask and tubing. I called the Lake City store from their parking lot and spoke to a lovely lady in Medical Equipment who said they had the mask and tubing in stock and would happily sell it to me WITHOUT a prescription, just like I’ve bought it every time before. I’m not sure why this would be any different at the Fort White store? It sounds like there is some confusion on their company policy regarding the sale of this particular medical equipment. Due to this and the poor customer service, I would not step foot in the Fort White location again.
