We WENT to Linda for a very long time (2009-2019). We left So.Fl. & moved to central Fl. My husband's co-worker (Gary Carnall) told us about her & we started going to her because our Dr. (Dr.Bengoa) that we had for 8 years (2001-2008) was making us wait 2-4 hours in the lobby & his office was trying to swindel $$$ out of us & we had insurance. Linda is GREAT & we were very very happy with her & her staff. We never had any problems & she always took our insurance (BCBS). We miss Linda & we wish her the best.

When someone is calling to make a first time appt. this is how I was received.

Dr. Fagan doesn't accept that insurance

I find this very negative and robotic.

Just fyi, I never considered my insurance would pay for a therapist and had full intentions of paying cash. Does she accept that?

Dr. Fagan I hope you will train your office staff to receive people calling a therapist in a more positive and caring manner.

I love Dr. FAGAN. The best thing about her is her personality. She relates to all her patients. She listens and truly cares and tries to help. She is like family and I am so glad she is my doctor.

This office called me trying to sell me health insurance. I called them back and they where clueless. Presented to not hear me. And then kept hanging up on me when I asked about talking to some about insurance. Beware! This office is obviously trying to swindle people! They must be in the insurance scams with lawyers and patients. They are looking for people to hustle one way or another. Just watch. They will get caught and Linda will regret hiding behind immigrants and auto dialing. Be ware Spanish speaking people. The are people out there pretending to be your friends, but they are really just trying to use you. Beware and be aware
