I called them once to look at a quote for a top on my Boston whaler, after they took a little too long and I had found a match on Amazon I even gave them a second chance when trying to look up a quote for a bench seat to my whaler. Upon calling them the second time for a quote the lady said Ihad called the day before and found something before they were able to and that economically it would be the best decision to go with the people I had the day before instead of their business.

I have used them 2 times, once about 15 years ago and they did a great job doing a full enclosure on a sport fish.
Most recently about 15 months ago for an enclosure on a 49 eastbay. Took a long time, they just couldn't get the details right. Had several conversations with the sales person, sent photos, etc. it seemed like it was 3 attempts to correct each issue, and then it still wasnt what they said would be done. Details were forgotten, storage bags never delivered, the entryway zippers and snaps dont work nearly as well as the previous enclosure ( its the execution, not the component quality). Design is awkward and he never got the correct snaps he said. When they quoted, seemed to have clear understanding of what would be done, but not what was delivered. Not what i expected form the initial meeting and with Covid restrictions, i finally gave up. Just some awkward and clumsy functionality. Frustrating trying to get it corrected.
