i‘ve come to this pharmacy every now and then most likely for my child, without and sometimes with an doctors prescription. i always had an good encounter with the employee(s). today was the first time that i‘ve encountered with an unpleasant employee, she had quite an unfriendly and negative attitude already in the beginning. no smile. i stayed polite and gave her an prescription for my child, after typed something in the computer she then asked me how much my child weighs. i was irritated because i’ve never been asked that question before. i told her that i don‘t know my child‘s weight. unfortunately, i couldn’t remember from the doctor’s appointments. than with an rude attitude she told me „it‘s your child, you should know it.“ i was shocked tbh to that i replied „i don‘t weigh my child, the doctors do. and if it‘s that important i could step aside and call them.“ she continued to be impolite and reacted „then we will do it without“ rolled her eyes and pretended as if that information was that important for the prescription i gave her. i approached her politely and told her i‘ve never been asked that question before why all of the sudden, then she said „i always done that, the other employees should also do it.“ she gave me the feeling that not all the employees are informed with the very same information. i walked out very irritated and displeased.
