I've been going here quite a while to pick up my medicine. There is 1 person there that gives me a problem every time or every other time about picking up my medication or refilling it. I just got off the phone with the technician. And they wanna get snappy with me. Because I corrected them and they were wrong. I didn't even get a sorry or anything. I will be finding a different pharmacy as well. As for my family too. Oh an was told after receiving 2 weeks of medicine my insurance was billed for 3 weeks!!

Better than walmart ALL DAY!
Edit to reply to the reply: If scripts could be filled when they're called in , instead of us having to call the pharmacy to ask them to be filled, also, if there were a call or message sent to alert when they're ready to be picked up would be good! Also, when the script calls for "take 1/2 tablet" if the tablets were split, that'd be a wonderful thing as well.

We have used georges off and on for over 5 years for equipment, door width expansion and ceiling lifts. The service beginning to end has been excellent. Customer service was great keeping us in the loop. And all the reps coming to our home for inspections, services and installations have been awesome. They go over and beyond great services.

I have gone to George’s Pharmacy for several months. I have had some poor experiences but nothing like last Friday. I picked up and paid for my $28 medicine. I signed for it twice and the amount was the same each time. I left and got a notification that $800 some dollars has been taken out of my account. I called and drive right back. They refunded me and only apologized at the very end with “I cannot do anything but apologize and say it won’t happen again.” That money is still not in my account due to it taking several business days to process. Their actions have cost me a great deal of challenges and for me not to have access to my money for now almost 4 days. Be very careful when you use this pharmacy and make sure you check your bill and account.

We’re grateful to not need a pharmacist too often, but George’s has been great anytime I need them. I had insurance issues and they were so helpful and patient, trying every option possible to make sure I could get out the door with affordable medication. While I waited, I saw several people come in and out and it’s clear they have a great relationship with people who come in regularly. It’s always a pleasure to have great small businesses to support!
