Kelly's is a wonderful pharmacy ?. I've been going there since I was a kid and everything is perfect. I can get my medication ?, send packages ?, get snacks, and much much more. It is definitely the only pharmacy I would recommend to anyone. Keep it up and way to go! ?

Your prescription fills are always excruciating. It's always this big detective case when I have one filled because no one has heard of or seen a prescription for me, they can never find my profile so they make me start new profiles only to find mine when they go to spell my last name properly in the process. Thus has happened three times. Today, they have lost my prescription and are playing the game of not having recieved it. I have verified with my doctor and newsflash! It was sent. So what happens to all of those confidentual documents that get sent your way, Kelly's? I can't trust you with confidential information when this is how it gets handled.

I am very grateful for my local Kelly's Guardian Pharmacy on Bridge Street in Belleville!! The team in the general part of the store are always helpful and kind. The pharmacy team is amazing. While waiting for prescriptions I see the cheerfulness, the professionalism, the attentiveness of the staff. Back in the early 90's I worked in a pharmacy and I know how busy and stressful it can be at times. This team functions well, is courteous and as efficient as they can be. I've seen them remain professional and client-focused while they morned the loss of a great team member, I've seen the welcome new team members well, even though it's not easy to be training a new staff member when things are so busy. I've also see various pharmacists discreetly lower their voice when speaking with a customer about their personal health and medication.
This is a compounding pharmacy too, so they have that additional aspect of their job. I've been going to Kelly's Guardian Pharmacy regularly since early 2020 and I've always been treated well and seen others treated well. I understand that glitches happen and sometimes I need to wait as it's very busy, and I still see the staff being professional, kind and client-focused. I will continue to use this pharmacy even as I consider moving out of the neighbourhood!!

I love Kelly’s Pharmacy. Linda worked very hard recently to fill my prescription and the others have also in the past been very helpful. The staff in the Pharmacy made me feel like they cared about me. I’m very happy with them.

The pharmacy pays attention to detail. They listen. We switched from grocery store pharmacy. Non-stop mistakes.

In general, the whole store staff is friendly - engaging you with a kind smile.

One thing would help - lower prices on the shelf items - especially vitamins.

It used to be a fantastic pharmacy. Since it was sold last year, getting prescriptions that are complete and on time has been rare. Faxes can sit for days (four in my case), prescriptions have been altered against Dr. Instructions, dosage changes have occurred. I've changed pharmacies for safety reasons.

I am not sure who is running the pharmacy since Vaughn retired, but getting my prescription on time has not happened in quite a while. I ordered my prescription Wednesday morning before 9 am and I was in yesterday (Friday), but the order wasn't filled yet. I dropped in Saturday after 4 pm to find they had no stock and they were just then ordering it. Now it supposedly won't be ready until Monday after 4. Once I pick up this prescription I am moving all my prescriptions to another pharmacy. I have been a customer for over 15 years...so sad that it has gone so far downhill...
