Customer service disaster!
10-14 days wait for medication! It’s ok if it’s repeated prescription… it is not ok if you wait for medication which has been just prescribed… not good enough…. Not a great experience with customer service disaster… which was very rude …. very keen on deleting my account, sending messages before they started work … very disappointed.. never again… train your customer service disaster please!

I have used bricks and mortar pharmacies prior to signing up to Hey Pharmacist and decided I needed something easy and hassle free to save time ordering and collecting my repeat prescription. The app is easy to register with, easy to navigate and allows notifications to be received about the progress of my order and offers delivery tracking details. I would not switch back as it provides a simple and effecient solution to fit in with any lifestyle.

Very easy app to use, it gives you reminders when medication is due, also when the doctors has full filled your prescription request and its been sent to pharmacy of your choice.
Also you can add all members of family, if your like me have to order prescription for other members of my family which is a great help, before had to do it on there phone via another app.
So very happy using this app as pensioner found it easy to use

Not often that I feel I get excellent service and even less often that I want to leave a review. But I called today and spoke with Chantel and was very impressed how she dealt with my query , the options I was given and the resolution. If only more customer service departments were like this, we would all lead happier lifes. Happy to tell everyone about a great app with great service backing it up. Good job!
So unfortunately I feel I have to come back to edit my review. The service levels are dropping, you have to chase up on orders and items are missing. 7 to 10 days lead time is now 2-3 weeks. Gone to look for alternatives as my prescription isn't something I can afford to go wrong.

I have been using Hey Pharmacist for the last 8 months. It is easy to use and the reminders every 4 weeks makes the task of ordering my medication on time really easy. The only criticism I have is that frequently I receive an error message saying the order was not completed and to contact my pharmacy. In every case when I do that the order has gone through to them. The pharmacy say they keep reporting this to Hey Pharmacist. Get that issue fixed and I would give the app 5 stars.

Quite inept,
Used to be a really great service when it was Coop health care but since it has become Hey it really is a painful experience to use. Items are always over charged on my account and have to chase up for a refund nearly every month. Some staff are helpful, some are not, either way always am told they will "look to improve, make changes blah blah blah but they never improve. Wait times for items are too long to make it a viable service any more. Will not be using any more.

When it all works everything is fine - but when there is a problem it is a nightmare to correct. So far I have been ‘on line chatting’ about missing items from my delivery for two days and I am still no closer to getting my medication - absolute nightmare!

Used to be efficient within a week no problem. Now it'll say 'preparing order' 2weeks later no sign of medication. Traced through my gp surgery who said these people hadn't even accepted the prescription so who knows how long I would have been waiting for 'preparing order'
This keeps happening & its no good to read answers that they say 'we're making changes/moved to bigger premises blah blah, the service is now permanently shocking & dangerous once medication runs out. I cancelled this awful service & resume going to local pharmacy
