If you live in Riverside South and are looking for a Pharmacist that knows you and your family by first name and treats you and everyone of their customers with the upmost respect then please provide Rick and his family your business and support. Rick is the owner of this small local I.D.A. Pharmacy in Riverside South. He works his tail off to provide the best service he can. As a new business in RSS Rick did everything he could to provide timely vaccinations during the third spike of COVID in 2021. This guy is solid and you will be thrilled if you try them.

It was not the first time the india female pharmacist work there told lie that the medicine was not covered by your insurance, then recommend the other brand. Oh yeah maybe you could receive more repurchases from the not that popular medicine, or you wanna sell your almost expired stuff, but come on don't tell such lies that can be exposed so easily! And basically every time I bought a large amount of pills, always didn’t have enough. Can't imagine that a service that face to patients can do such ugly things. Definitely will not go there anymore.

Recently I went to the Limebank IDA looking for a booster shot. Since I couldn't find an appointment anywhere within 200 km online I decided to go to several pharmacies in person. The pharmacist told me that his online system had crashed because of all the requests for vaccines. However, I think he felt some compassion for me, looked into his fridge and told me to come back the next day to get our shots. Very much appreciated. This is what customer service is all about.
