My prescription was sent to Medway instead of my usual pharmacy because supposedly my usual pharmacy did not have it available. This is my first time using Medway.

My appointment was on a Thursday afternoon, so I assume no one contacted me about my prescription that day because it was about 2 hours before their pharmacy closed. I expected a call from Medway on Friday, but none came and I forgot to call them myself. On Monday morning I receive a (slightly incorrectly formatted) text to confirm my information by replying to the text or calling their number. I had some time about an hour after receiving this text to call them, so I did but hung up after a few minutes of being on hold because I assumed texting my info in would be quicker. I responded to the text and got a response to call their number. Once I was connected, I spoke to someone who was off-putting from the get-go. She seemed uninterested in me and sometimes her voice would sound far away, making it difficult to understand. I wish I could remember more details of what was said because she wasn't mean or rude necessarily, but her tone and words gave off the impression that she could not care less. I understand we all have bad days and customer service is a rough job, so I tried not to think too much of it in my judgements of this business.
But then, several hours after my call, I got not one, not two, but three calls in a row from Medway. No messages left as to why they are calling, but 3 calls in a row. On the 3rd call I stop what I am working on to pick up. My card payment did not go through and they needed my information again (they had not confirmed my card number when I originally gave it to them). No apologies or anything. I used the same card to reread my information and it worked fine the second time. To me, that is not urgent enough to require calling 3 times in a row. I could have been in a meeting or had another reason for not picking up.

I wouldn't be writing this review if this next thing had not happened. *My prescription was delivered to the wrong address*. I caught this because the "proof of delivery" image was not of my front door, but rather of our next door neighbor's. Luckily, I know my neighbor well enough and my medication wasn't anything *too* important so it was not a big deal. However!
It is not acceptable for a pharmacy to deliver personal medications to the wrong address. So, either Medway needs to speak with whoever does their deliveries, or they need their delivery person/people to pay a little more attention to what they are doing.

On the positive side, I did get my medication in a timely manner, but I don't recommend this experience

Impossible to get them on the phone. I held for 38 minutes today until they closed. Third day in a row I called them and held for excessive amount of time and never spoke to a person.. Secondly, while it says they have home delivery (and I would be happy to pay for that) they don’t mention that at all when you call about your order. To check the status of my order the first time I had to call three days in a row before I got to talk to someone. Now that I have an issue I’ll have to call for the fourth day in a row tomorrow. This is where my doctor recommends I’m probably gonna change my doctor too… why would you recommend a Pharmacy with such poor
Service?

Tried to charge me 120$ . Called dr and switched to deffirent pharmacy cost was for same medicine only 50$. Lady on phone was rude and mumbling stuff in spanish . Worst pharmacy ever.
