I love Summit both as a patient and as a person working in dermatology. They are always prompt with getting in contact and never have problems filling Accutane like some big box pharmacies do. So many prescriptions would be completely unaffordable without the discounts Summit offers so I appreciate them!

I was going to be on a med that was expensive but it’s reasonably priced at Summit! It was such a relief. Their system (they use app) is so efficient and actually works. At Walgreens and CVS there would be issues literally every time where the app doesn’t communicate with the pharmacy.

You get updates on the status of the medications including if they’re shipped or delivered. The deliveries were always on time.

I’m quite impressed, and thankful that a reliable and efficient pharmacy is available.

Due to a mix up with the doctor’s office, my medication refill was not processed before I ran out of what I had. When I alerted Summit they stepped up to contact my doctor and put a rush on the order. Appreciate their commitment to me as patient in need.

On the instruction of my ophthalmologist, I ordered the required medication for upcoming cataract surgery. I received the drops but not the "premium post cataract surgery kit". When I called to tell them I did not receive the kit, they informed me that it was shipped and delivered. Again I stated that I did not receive the kit. Informed they do not ship the kits separately, so I won't get one unless I reorder the drops. Only a $3 charge, but still...now i have to go online and try to find the kit on my own. I mean, how big a deal to just send me another one?
**Edit: shortly after posting this review, I received a call from Summit stating they now would be sending me a kit, at no extra charge.

This is a very customer friendly business. The pharmacy services are easy to use and delivery is prompt. No standing in line, waiting in a car line up, or being on endless hold. I highly recommend this pharmacy.

I highly recommend Summit Pharmacy. They were the only avenue for me to affordably get my needed prescription rosacea medicine - that has made all the difference in my life. I appreciate Summit Pharmacy more than I can express. They have been 100% excellent.
