Overcharged on several items. In particular this pizza with a 3 week old sale sign that I was able to catch. The older gentleman with glasses at self checkout was very short with me and snapped at me to go to customer service from which I waited and there was a long line and only one women working customer service. I waited for a while and the line did not move. I also purchased meat and was overcharged at this location twice before. Everytime I come In here Nobody working customer service and people waiting in long lines there. Very rude, given this business a lot of business and feel very disrespected. Lots of incorrect price signs and expired sales signs on products.

Long lines almost every time I go. 🙁 There never seems to be enough staffed registers open. This causes the self checkout lines to get really long, too. The staff is very friendly and sometimes the coupons are good.

Not only do I have to check and bag my items, the register now has an item/weight limit so I had to stop move all of my checked items to the floor/cart before I can finish checking out. Then in the middle of the process an employee comes over to make sure I'm scanning all my items because I'm putting things back in my cart before I'm done checking out and then the entire time your machine is telling me to remove my items from the bagging area every 10 seconds and I can't even mute it because you took that option away!!

If your gonna force us to use self check at least make it easier!!

Brandon and Brittany in the floral department are both really amazing people. They tried to help me find the very specific flowers I was looking for and even though they are out of the specific flowers I wanted, they helped me find a very beautiful alternative. Thanks guys

I bought a $500 money order. Their ink was low so it would not scan on my phone (could not read the amount) and I could not deposit it to my bank in Texas. They first told me to wait 48 hours, which I did. When I went back in, they refused to replace it. I had all my ID, receipt, everything needed. All this could have been avoided if they simply replaced their ink cartridges (they hadn't, 48 hours later). Now I have to call Western union to try and get them to issue me a check via snail mail. I Google "Western Union near me". Guess what, it was the same King Sooper. This is ridiculous! They ate my $501 which I cannot afford. How much does an ink cartridge cost? Big, huge thumbs down and middle finger up I will never shop there again

I will be looking for another king Soopers to do my pick up orders. I am a regular and suddenly it became a huge issue with “Red” that I do not put on my way before arriving. Even the times I put on my way she tells me I didn’t and “ must be doing it wrong” and that if I continue to not tell them I am on the way she will get written up and fired. She was really aggressive about the situation. Made me uncomfortable

Definitely not shopping here again. It was horrible in Lakewood but I thought maybe it might be better in this area. Nope. They let people harass customers coming in and out of the store every day for any cause that I’m not buying they are reps for. Today I drove by just to see if it was still happening and didn’t see anything but sure enough on my way out a man was hiding behind a pillar to bother me about something he claims was political. Get it together KS. Is it not obvious to you that these random strangers are bothering your customers? Your Starbucks employees are complaining every day too and look miserable. I won’t set foot in your store again. You clearly don’t care or know how to manage it bc this has been going on for months and we gave you chances to fix it.

Clean and organized. Great neighborhood grocery store. Only complaint is the self checkout gets quite busy and they don’t regularly have the second one open to help with the volume.
