Like most of the other reviews on here, I wish I could give this a negative 10 review. This place is absolutely the must unprofessional place I have ever worked with. If you have hours on end and the patience of a saint, they are perfect for you, but if you are already dealing with the stressors of a medical diagnosis, like BRAIN CANCER, don’t use this location. Ask your medical provider for ANYONE else covered by your insurance. I have tried with this company 6 times since lowering from every day to 5 days out of 28 and EVERY SINGLE TIME I have had to call AT LEAST 3 times. You can talk to the managers who swear they will get it fixed as soon as possible, I recently talked to an Erica, who bragged about having a manager’s backing, and yet, nothing happened! They say it is in processing, which sure makes sense for a little bit, but it has been approved by my insurance, my doctors, EVERYONE but some mysterious person the people you call to cannot disclose. So yes, THIS COMPANY is incredibly incompetent, inconsiderate, and a complete waste of time. Learn from all the mistakes us reviewers have left. After this round of chemo, I’m never using this company again.

If I could leave zero stars, I would. Working with this company is INFURIATING. It is so terrible that my insurance requires me to use them for specialty pharmacy. You shouldn’t be able to do that. It means I can’t go elsewhere, so I just have to be treated terribly ALL the time. I have had so many bad experiences. Most recently, I’m waiting for a much needed medication. Waiting. Waiting. After 11 days it is still being “verified by a pharmacist” and then this morning I check the status and it simply says, “prescription has been stopped”. So I call and now they are saying that I didn’t enroll properly in their savings program, even though I already have a savings program. Honestly I’m furious. And they did NOT CALL ME. I had to go online to find out that after 11 days they decided that they don’t have enough info.

Probably the worst pharmacy you could ever possibly work with. If you have a choice, don't use this pharmacy ESPECIALLY not if you have to take specialty medication. They will run you around for weeks if not months with excuses and yet, never any definitive answers. If you've got all the time in the world to be on the phone for hours, then by all means this is the company for you. However, if you would like to actually be able to receive your medication in a timely manner, go to any other possible pharmacy.

I can only echo every other experience here. After 4 phone calls, providing each time all my personal and insurance info, none of which appears to ever have been entered into the system, we still could not resolve why they were going to charge me twice what my insurance company said I had to pay. On a 3 way call with this pharmacy and the Cigna rep, the Cigna rep was told she needed to
Call their client services dept and sort out the fee. The Cigna rep asked for the number, and the pharmacy rep said she couldn’t give it to her! No kidding - that Cigna would need to call back and get a different dept who could then give her the client service number.

Ultimately I cut the call short and told them I could not inject drugs into my body sent to me by this pharmacy when they couldn’t seem to get the simplest items done correctly. (On top of everything else, the calls all sounded like they were coming from an overseas call center, with odd pauses, heavy accents which made it difficult to understand what was being said, and scripted responses that were not actually appropriate to the questions I asked. Truly bizarre to the point of unsettling)

If I could give -5 stars I would. This pharmacy never fails to make me upset. Every single time I’ve had to refill a prescription here, there was an issue. They never call back when they’re supposed to, their online login page never lets you log into it, they are not communicative, etc. I have been waiting an entire month for my medication and they keep making up excuses as to why my medication hasn’t came. Then they go “oh it’s actually been processed already”. If it has already been processed why have I been waiting a month (and counting) for my medicine to arrive without a single phone call. They then told me that they were apparently calling my doctors office to get the prescription approved but he was the one that ordered the prescription and sent the approval at the time of him ordering the prescription. THEN they told me “we stopped calling the doctor”. Like? Okay and why didn’t they give ME a phone call to let me know the issue? They could literally kill someone for delaying a medication for an entire MONTH!!!

My experience stands with others on here. I’ve dealt with them since 2016 since my insurance forces it and I have say that Accredo paired with their mother company/retail partner, Express Scripts, has masterfully implemented incompetence in some of the most artful and strategic ways one could imagine. If you like being placed in incoherent disequilibrium by people who seem to be purposefully untrained to do their jobs, as well as implementation of broken processes that will send your head spinning in a whirlwind of circular reasoning and excuses, then pick Accredo. They will take care of you greatest fantasies.

I should have read reviews for this pharmacy before wasting HOURS of my time, but it is who my insurance was linked to for fertility medications.

First, all of there timeliness are extremely long for trying to process prescriptions or any type of insurance preauthorization. All we were looking for was a price knowing we might need to go out of pocket but they refused to ever provide us with one. After 6+ phone calls trying to get our prescription they call me back today to tell me they can't even fill my prescription that was sent to them....what a joke! So glad I was already working with a different pharmacy. Don't waste your time.

One of the worst businesses I've ever worked with. I take Dupixent for my eczema, and there is always issues getting my medication shipped to me. Once, they refused to send me my medicine for over a year. If not for my insurance demanding to work with them, I would 100% of the time choose not to be with Acredo. Every worker I've ever spoken to has been extremely rude and unhelpful. I would highly recommend if you are a person who has life saving medication, do not order from them.
