Very friendly and helpful. They deliver my elderly mum's blood pressure medication regularly and fitted her in for her influenza and COVID jabs without an appt. They even delivered medication to me when I was too ill to get there once and I was so grateful. Above and beyond normal pharmacies and a very valuable local service.

I would like everybody to know how helpful and kind I found the staff at Murray Miller pharmacy . I was getting no help from my doctors and very little from the hospital .the young lady I’m the pharmacy went out of her way to get me information and advice on my condition witch she gave me on returned from a blood test. She wasn’t asked or prompted to do so she done it after listening to my situation . Thank to all the staff and especially the young lady I mentioned

I live local to this chemist and with 2 small children i visit often, they are all very happy and helpful staff and the pharmacist is always readily available to give very good advice. Many times I have gone in expecting to buy one thing but after talking with them I walk out with something totally different but it does exactly what I need it to effectively and always the cheapest option too ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Yet again this pharmacy does not have good customer service.
Just came out of hospital after an emergency and hospital gave me a private prescription.
They said they had it but couldn’t dispense as the doctor hadn’t dated it and put what he did. Didn’t offer to contact hospital.
Ended up at Boots in Southchurch rd who called hospital and got it issued.
No wonder small local pharmacy are going out of business.
