My boyfriend and I booked for a couples massage via voucher we received as a birthday present from Groupon. I personally had a wonderful experience and almost fell asleep. Unfortunately for my boyfriend, it was not the same. The lady giving him his massage was on her phone the entire session. She would text with one hand and poorly massage with the other. She was placing her phone on top of his body to see her messages as she was giving him his massage. Unfortunately the masseuse was also the receptionist so when we went to complain, we could not. I do not recommend this place.

The place was very quiet and peaceful. The room was nice and the massage therapist was incredible. Prices are good and doesn't break the bank.

“Facial” that is not an actual facial is just wash your face and put a mask on, their products gave me a rash reaction I reached out waited patiently 5 days to get a response that it was a promo and their products are “hypoallergenic” and they don’t give reactions and deny my refund. When I went they were lost and said I was booked with someone that did not work there anymore that’s why they couldn’t find me. The person that did everything was nice so I didn’t want to complaint that she was not good so I paid and gave her the tip and left but after I got a rash/face irritation and got a the massage is not a real massage they barely use the stones and is just touching you and hot towels I told them I will report this because is not fair to have proof and for them to ignore it. Their price is accessible but is not truly the service they advertise. THEY OFFER A DISCOUNT TO POST REVIEWS SO DONT BUY IT THEY ARE GOOD BECAUSE THEY ARE NOT.

“Facial” que no es un facial real es solo lavarte la cara y ponerte una mascarilla, sus productos me dieron una reacción alérgica, me comuniqué y esperé pacientemente durante 5 días para obtener una respuesta de que era una promoción y sus productos son “hipoalergénicos” y no dan reacciones y negaron mi reembolso. Cuando fui, estaban perdidos y dijeron que estaba reservado con alguien que ya no trabajaba allí, por eso no podían encontrarme. La persona que hizo todo era amable, así que no quería quejarme de que no era buena, así que pagué y le di la propina y me fui, pero después de que me saliera un sarpullido / irritación en la cara y me dieron un masaje que no es un masaje real, apenas usan las piedras y solo te tocan y toallas calientes. Les dije que lo denunciaría porque no es justo tener pruebas y que lo ignoren. Su precio es asequible, pero en realidad no es el servicio que anuncian. OFRECEN UN DESCUENTO POR PUBLICAR RESEÑAS, ASÍ QUE NO SE DEJEN ENGAÑAR QUE SON BUENAS PORQUE NO LO SON.

I recently visited this massage location in Coral Gables, and unfortunately, my experience was far from relaxing. I booked a 70-minute session for back pain relief, but the therapist only provided an hour. I arrived at 1:10 PM and was finished by 2:10 PM.

From the start, I was surprised to be asked to pay and tip before the session, which is unusual in my experience. During the massage, while the therapist was polite, the session itself felt rushed and rough. She handled the sheets carelessly, making a lot of noise, and the music was unexpected – it was church music (“Hallelujah”), which felt out of place for a spa setting. The massage quality itself was disappointing and didn’t provide the relief I was hoping for.

When I tried to speak with someone at the reception after my session, there was no one available. I appreciate the professionalism I experienced over the phone, but I was disappointed by the overall experience and service quality.

Bought a mother’s day special and it felt very rushed. The receptionist was not friendly at all. The massage went well however, the massage therapist I had was a poor draper and the walls are so thin you could overhear the front desk man and another male patient with raised voices through into the room. On top of that, I could hear a loud voice/music through my massage therapist’s earphones! I was shocked. The chocolate they served were mini MilkyWay. Otherwise, it was a decent deal. You get what you paid for.
