After feeling hopeless for the cost for my treatment, I decide it to call Option care (City of Hope) and since the beginning the Nurse treat me very well the questions were very appropriate, and I didn't have to wait for long for the nurse to come back with answers, and ready to provide support and hope to keep moving forward with a nice spirits, phone calls reminders within the appropriate time's, Congratulations to al the staff because the culture I notice was totally equal. I was initially trained by Michelle while I was at the hospital and she was very good. I'm very grateful to Tung at Option Care (aka Crescent Healthcare) who went out of his way to alleviate my anxiety and concerns the many times I made a mistake. Patty, another pharmacist I worked with while Tung was on vacation, is also super accommodating and sweet.

I also worked with a nurse by the name of Denise who helped me extract the air that was in my PICC line over the phone and she was great. A couple of times I had to call their after-hour staff and had a favorable experience then as well.

A company is only as good as their employees and their employees are simply wonderful. In this day and age where good customer service is noticeably falling by the wayside, it is refreshing to work with staff who genuinely cares.

The only complaint I have is that they could use more nurses on their staff. There was a lot of confusion with my initial intake and I had to stay an extra day at the hospital because they couldn't find a nurse to meet up with me at my home on the day I was supposed to be discharged. They ended up outsourcing a nurse from another company.

That being said, I will take QUALITY over QUANTITY any day! Keep up the good work :o)

Every staff member you speak too is very professional. They are patient in explaining whatever you ask. NOBODY is rude! That's a plus .....delivery is on point, I had a question about my son's medication & advised a on call nurse fr: there dept will call me w/in tue 15 mnts & so they did. Facility is very clean, very quiet, comfortable chairs, snacks, and television. Of course , the nurse is knowledgeable and skillful.
