I am a customer of CVS who was unable to fill an order for a prescription. I called up West Knoll Pharmacy, spoke to the head pharmacist Tamir, who was the first person to actually speak to me about why the prescription was difficult to get and different options. Such a wonderful human being! Seriously considering now switching pharmacies.

This has been my go to pharmacy for over 15 years. There is nothing like a small business pharmacy that makes you feel important and well taken care of like West Knoll Pharmacy. I cannot even begin to explain what a difference they’ve made in every part of my healthcare and medical Treatments I’ve had to deal with! They have legitimately been there with me along the way through a pregnancy, brain, surgery, ongoing migraine issues, and more. I cannot recommend this place enough. I’m sure many of you have had issues with big name pharmacies and if you’re looking for somewhere that actually cares about what they do and takes you seriously this is the place!

We had an amazing experience with West Knoll Pharmacy. We used to get our prescriptions from CVS, but decided to look elsewhere after the customer service was terrible, and had long waits for anyone to pick up. Working with West Knoll made everything easy - they responded via text, and shipped medicine directly to us. I’ve been a regular customer for 20 years, and I still believe this is the best pharmacy in town. Tamir and his wonderful Mom always greet you like you’re a good friend. And Michael also offers friendly, prompt service. You just can’t beat it for your pharmaceutical needs.

Best pharmacy ever! The staff and the customer service is absolutely the best. Certain prescriptions may not always be in stock due to demand, but they are so kind and caring that taking the extra step to get my orders from them is still always worth it . Every customer service rep should take a lesson from the staff at west knoll.

I just went to this Pharmacy and its top notch. I met the pharmacist and his sweet mother. I had a few concerns because I had done my own research on my prescription and the pharmacist was extremely patient. I highly recommend before you fill any prescription, research it till the end of the Internet.

West Knoll had my brand, answered my 20 questions and helped me fill my script. Super grateful.
