I was here for a baby shower so I don’t know what’s like as a customer. This place is very nice. I like the owners eco friendly touches like cutely folded towels in the bathroom to dry your hands instead of paper. Nice layout and a yard out back with pumpkins. The only hassle is parking. We had to walk from a few blocks away but I assume if your a regular customer this wouldn’t be an issue because it seems like she only takes one customer at a time.

What a delightful spot! Thank you so much for a delicious meal (open-faced tuna sandwich with a yummy salad) and the house-made chai with pecan milk (also house-made). The energy/vibe of this beautiful spot is so full of love and positivity that transmits to those who come in and stay. Made all sorts of amazing connections with other people who come to Gambei often. Community in the best way! Thank you so much!!!

This is by far the best place in New Mexico. Do yourself a huge service and visit this amazing establishment. The food here is phenomenal; always fresh and delicious and made with love and care. The owners are super friendly and make you feel at home the minute you walk in. Bring a book and sit in the peaceful and spacious back yard and enjoy a little bit of tranquility in Albuquerque. The matcha latte is a must!

Jasmine is the BEST! She made my visit today a complete JOY! I had the most wonderful, refreshing, relaxing experience getting a manicure/pedicure this morning! They definitely have me as a new regular customer. I plan to take all my family and friends for a relaxing spa day when they come to visit us! I had the most wonderful experience at Gambei this past Sunday. Jinlen and her team have created a lovely little oasis, right here in Albuquerque. Upon arriving, I felt like I was returning home after a long absence! All of the staff are so welcoming, friendly, and attentive. I immediately felt all tensions and stress melting away as I sipped tea and soaked in the ambiance (we are talking koi ponds, air plants, & succulents...) They even carry an impressive selection of organic body care products and locally crafted jewelry.
As for my facial, it was AMAZING! Jasmine provides the most pampering experience imaginable. It was an hour of pure bliss. Even 24 hours later I am amazed at how luxurious my skin still feels and my face looks so much softer and happier! I look forward to spending a lot more time at Gambei and exploring more of the services they have to offer.

I can’t say enough good things about this place. The food is made with love and the owners are super kind and also considerate to any specific needs. It’s hands down my favorite restaraunt to eat at. “A vibe” describes it best. You feel like you go to a friends to eat and chill for a bit. Take your friends and see for yourself. Place is awesome!
