Went to Metro service center late morning and got my replacement senior card. Whole transaction including wait time was under 15 minutes. If your a senior this is the easiest and quickest way to get your reduced fare card.

I just purchased a 7day unlimited swipes and swiped once and my second swipe says that I just used it.
What unpleasant experience and I am now late.

My metrocard expires on March 31st. I was supposed to receive a new one a week before the expiration date. I called on April 1st to inquire . They told I will receive my card soon. They charged me for the entire month , I’m still ( April 11) have not received my new card. I was waiting on the phone for over 30 minutes , when finale somebody answered , this person hang up on me and I had to call again and wait for another 25 minutes to speak to a representative. This is the worst service I have ever experienced. Shame on you!

After buying a metrocard, 1 hour later when trying to refill for the 1st time, the transaction failed and the card was rendered unusable by the machine by setting the expectation date to somewhere in the 90's. No way of getting the remaining balance from the card or from the failed payment back. The site keeps referring to see a representative at a metro station, whilst the representatives keep saying there's nothing they can do. Great way to take advantage from tourists that are only staying in the city for a few days.

Paid for a $35 refill on my card but it wasn’t added to my card. I was charged for it though and added another $35 the next day. At the time the transit CS person said I had to call the number on the receipt and she would buzz me through.

The phone number on the reciept has extra numbers and is WRONG. I had to find the CS line on google. When I called your system is unable to assist with this issue and when I ask to speak to a human I’m hung up on.

Do better!!!

And for god sakes message me back and issue the refund… you are better than this.
