I know a few other gyms in town but this one is my favorite one. The monthly fee swings from $30 to $60 depending if you are a covenant employee or not. Usually they are not full and machines are always available for you. My favorite place is the racket ball court which is a state of the art technology. They have a swimming pool as well.

I love this gym more than Tech’s rec. It’s a really nice facility and has much to offer. It’s a friendly environment and I feel safe (my belongings too) working out here as opposed to somewhere like Planet Fitness. This facility reminds me a lot of the recreation centers back home; clean, friendly, good prices, and relaxed.

A hidden "gym" in Lubbock. Clean, friendly, indoor pool, sauna, racquetball court, loads of cardio equipment, free weights, and an outdoor track. Love that there's no contract in case life's circumstances change. It's the best!!

This is the best gym I've ever been to and I've travelled all over the US. For $35-50 per month you get everything in the membership including the pool and sauna. The staff are very nice. And they have EVERYTHING!! I'm interested in many types of sports and training and they met all my needs! Bodybuilding, Hyrox, obstacle course training, spartan racers, boxers, MMA, BJJ, etc As a gym rat they had machine I dreamed were at most generic gyms, they even had machines I've never seen before. They even had a grappling dummy I found in one of the studio rooms!!! In my home stat a gym like this is $300-400/month.

I really love Lifestyles! I do water aerobics several times a week. The staff is wonderful. Especially Janet, Laura, Michelle, and Brenda (not me). The locker rooms and pool areas are very clean, and the water is warm.

Love this place. State of the art equipment. Friendly, professional and very helpful staff. Water aerobics have become a big part of my life. Highly recommend for any level of fitness needs.
